This is probably one of the highlight restaurants in Downtown Fort Myers. Nicely kept dining area with adequate seating and space. I know this is a franchise restaurant but after been to a couple other lobster roll restaurants, I realize that this one of the better places to go. We loved how they prepared our favorite…the Connecticut Lobster roll. It was really tasty. One of the best we have tasted. Will try to find other franchises where we live because it was really good. We had also tried the clam chowder and the lobster bisque…which We enjoyed. Looking back at the menu…it looks like they didn’t remember to top of the lobster bisque with lobster. For that I couldn’t give the 5 star.

This place is so good! Every time I’m in town I make sure to stop by here. I always get the Connecticut lobster roll and it’s delicious every time. A bit pricey but getting a lobster roll is usually that way. The workers are always so nice and friendly. Definitely recommend!!

So this place has AMAZING reviews and I ate from the one off daniels but when I wa traveling this location was closer. I explained last time, the lobster roll I got really didn’t have a lot of lobster in it so they recommended me another roll. Well the lobster roll I got… the picture can tell you. I paid for extra lobster but for some reason I got less than last time. The lobster was chewy, the bread was soggy but stale and overall I felt like I wasted $30 dollars. The cashier was nice but atmosphere was kinda weird with the place being completely empty.

Food was terrific! The Connecticut lobster roll, lobster bisque, and lobster dip was really good! Definitely will go back soon! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, I think they are a little overpriced.

Came in on a Thursday afternoon, about 4:30pm. It was completely empty we were the only ones in the restaurant for the entire time we were there.
Restaurant was clean and smelt nice.
There was a single employee on staff who greeted us with a smile. I ordered a BLT lobster roll and my friend ordered a classic. Each with fries. Price is pretty fair for top tier lobster at 20 bucks a roll. Though fries and drink was an extra 5 and thate on the pricy side. Food took about 15 minutes to come out. A bit long for us being the only two people in there.
Lots of seating areas inside and outdoors, booth, table and counter. All comfortable.
The Lobster rolls are excellent, the lobster is comes shredded and fridge temp chilled (heated options are available) on a perfectly toasted thick slab of bread. They dress the rolls with butter and that’s it. Simple, elegant, and super delicious. If you’ve never been in the downtown area it’s absolutely a must try.

This is a great spot to get a lobser roll and a Narragansett beer and people watch while sitting outside in historical downtown Ft Myers.

SO SO SO GOOD! For a successful restaurant you only have to do a few things really well and this place embodies that. The rolls were so delicious and fresh. Not too greasy or heavy! Would recommend and will be back!

If you want a “lobster roll” on a hot dog bun, with “extra lobster” in the form of a lobster tail freshly thawed that’s the size of a crawfish tail, for $28…this is your place.

I had a cold and hot lobster roll, I definitely preferred the cold as it had a very fresh taste to it. The warm roll was also very good but had a stronger fishy flavor. Great decoration and upscale atmosphere, service was fast and personable. Central location of the strip or walking distance from centennial park and the water nearby to eat with a view.
