Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and kind. I called as soon after they to order a specialty ice cream cake and then was told to call back in 15 minuets. I called back in 30 and the lady took my order and was even able to do it for same day pickup at 3:30 which was very appreciated. I want to thank the staff for their best efforts for that. My only disappointment was the presentation of the cake itself. It was very messy and looked like a child wrote on it. The icing dollars were very squiggly as well. I was given a plastic container with it with a dirty sticker with who knows what. The lady saw me picking at it to try and take it off and she even took some off the gunk off herself. The icing in happy birthday had a weird blue hard chunk of something. As well as the cheesecake boarder , I had to ask for some more pieces as there wasn’t hardly any, only 8 individual pisces around the cake it was.

I tend to usually get problems from the Dairy Queen in Monroe but getting home to my food looking like this really set me off bad customer service inside looks disgusting and its always very low quality hope it shuts down and turned into something actually productive to Society

This location in Monroe has chocolate soft serve, yummy. The strawberry shake lacked flavor or fruit bits, very disappointing. The store was very dark inside, so no dining in.

This is the second time I have stopped by to grab a milk shake to enjoy on the way home to Athens. Lord, why did I forget the first time? Poor me!!! I ordered a vanilla milkshake. How could an ice cream business get it so wrong? First it look like it had NO life at all. My first impression was, “why does it took so flat? It didn’t have whipped topping either as shown in the picture”. Well, I wasn’t satisfied with the taste either!! I have never tasted a more flat, no taste milkshake in my life that look like an oily glop of…..I dont have words. Well, it was white at least. But, PLEASE PEOPLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE CAUSE THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST IN TOWN. NOT HAPPY THAT I WASTED MY MONEY NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. OH WELL SHAME ON ME RIGHT.

This is a great place for an ice cream with the kids and family. However if your looking for a breakfast biscuit I would advise to go elsewhere.. They used to have the best biscuits in town, drive thru was always moving, and the food quality was at an all time high. Unfortunately thats just no longer the case. Be prepared to sit in drive thru, and waste your money on the breakfast food you just dont want to finish.

The food was great. The atmosphere wasn’t great but its wasn’t bad. The service could have been better. It’s was a sunday night it wasn’t to busy but there were 7 employees behind the counter talking and cutting up while the floors and tables where covered in food and dirty

I’m really disappointed I got a salad, the new chicken strip basket, and two blizzards. The chicken was cold.. The salad, was sooo dry. And yes, I mean dry. They didn’t give me any dressing. I had to put hot sauce on the chicken bites. And I kid you not, almost two corners was covered in red cabbage (I hate it) so it was fun picking it out. Lesson learned, please check your food before you pull off.

Definitely does not Deserve the three stars that has been rated. Restaurant was dirty, water in the floor, windows dirty. The guy taken our order was also taking the window drive up orders. I couldn’t tell if he was talking to me or to the people at the drive thru My blizzard was half melted Definitely won’t go there again

Service….. I think there’s service?
Online (google map) states dine in available. Try the door, nope. Locked. Drive through wrapped around the building. Dude leans his head out the window, yeah, lobby is closed. I tell him online states otherwise, he just shrugs his shoulders. So I get in the drive through line…. Order a couple blizzards. Twenty minutes later, I get them. They are correct at least. This location Definitely has a lot of room for improvement.
At the very least, update the dining room status online. While I was in line, four other customers attempted entry only to be greeted by a locked door.

Their ice cream is always melted. Every blizzard or cone we have ordered in the last few months were melted. When I spend $7 on a blizzard I would love to be able to enjoy it instead of dumping it down the drain. The blizzards need to be served upside down like the other local dairy queens to make sure it’s right.
