I normally enjoy products from this place. However deliver failed horribly. Ordered 3 snow cones eta of 45 minutes delivery. I can understand a delay and travel. But the driver picked up the order then waited elsewhere with my product for another delivery order. Received 3 ruined products. Deliver was nearly 80 minutes vs 45 minute eta. Such a shame. Also no way to order extra juice or customize orders via their site. Local staff don’t seem to care about delivery issues.

Me and my kids love this place. Have something for the whole family to enjoy. We have tried different snow cone cups on different occasions.. love them in the winter or summer

SO good! Super soft ice shavings and excellent flavors***I do love this place but do NOT go if you are in a hurry. 1 person waiting or 10, you will still wait an average of 20min. I have gone 2x a week for 4 weeks and it’s 20 min wait EVERY TIME. That is my only complaint about this place**

The only place that delivers on snowcones every time. I still haven’t found the perfect flavor combo because they have so many good options. I have yet to try a milkshake / smoothie from them, but plan to soon. Our most recent visit, Sydney was rocking it between drive thru and in house. Will continue to make a monthly visit ❤️

$7 a pop for snow cones and this is what both of ours looked like. When I went back up there to pick up new one that they remade I was told that if I was unhappy over the poor quality I should just stop coming. This girl must really NOT care or be related to the owner because I don’t know a single employer that would be cool with employees telling people not to come back anymore. But then again this is not the first time this has happened to me specifically (who know how many countless others) and the owners have clearly not rectified the problem so maybe they don’t care either ♀️

I came in today and last week with my grandson and had a great experience both times! Sky, who was serving me, was very friendly and attentive and helped me find a flavor i would like. Last week, there were a few girls (one was Karly I believe) that were training and seemed new but were very kind and helpful. Customer service is always great, and the shaved ice and smoothies were delicious and 100% worth the sometimes longer wait! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Our first time here and I must say, we were impressed. A huge variety of flavor options to choose from. They have sodas, smoothies, shaved ice, and snowballs. Yes snowballs. The customer service was an A++. My children say they are better than our usual shaved iced establishment. I was hesitant to order a certain flavor of smoothie but Brandi flat out told me, if you’re unhappy try a different flavor we can’t have you eating something you’re unhappy with . I was baffled. I was sold then. Customer service won me over hands down. And for that we will be making this trip to get our shaved ice from now on. My daughter ate the whole thing. And that’s a compliment. Thanks Bahama Buck’s. Thanks Brandi for the best customer service ever. And thanks to the young lady who asked a question on google, that got me to Google this wonderful place.

My issue with bahama bucks has nothing to do with the quality of the snow cones/drinks but to do with the time it takes to get it. It literally took me 40 minutes to get ONE drink. I had 2 cars ahead of me. I would have been a lot more understanding had there been a huge line and a packed parking lot. The parking lot had maybe 5 cars which had to also include employees, and 2 other people in line. Once I did finally get my drink they said very nonchalantly “sorry about the wait” which if it had been a 10-15 min wait would have been appreciated but it wasn’t, I waited for 40 minutes. I expected when I came up to the window for them to explain how they only have 2 people on staff or that they have a huge group who came in but nothing just I’m sorry about that. 40 minutes. Almost an hour. For a drink. The drink was good but not for 40 minutes. I can’t believe I wasted the gas money on this drink. I should have turned my car off. I don’t know if I’ll ever go back. I’ve had issues with the wait time before here but never to this extent. If there was genuinely a reason for this I would love to hear it because I do enjoy the drinks but I refuse to ever wait this long again.
