Went into the store. Four people standing around talking, two play fighting, one working window and taking food out. I waited, no one ever made eye contact, welcomed me or said they would be with me in a moment. I finally asked if I ordered here at the counter or if was online/portal orders. A lady without looking up said it’ll be just a moment. The lobby had one other person(employee eating) and one lady that they asked to pull forward to wait on food. I waited a few more minutes and decided drive thru was obviously my best option. Ordered a Double with cheese and a single, both large and both with sweet tea. The bag says exactly that but is that what I got? No, got two singles and the tea was awful. There shouldn’t be that many employees just for you to then make an order wrong.

Store mangers are unprofessional and I believe discriminatory. I vall with a complaint and both mangers hung up due to me telling them how bad the food was , the gave me old mozzarella fries and the burger was microwaved with a pound of mayo I want my $8 dollars back those two people I spoke to with the first being Eric I need a call back from the general manager ! Sad

30 minute wait. Food was cold when we got it. And the order wasnt complete. We were in the drive thru, i went in after 30 minutes and the girl just stares at me while im at the counter. Our order was sitting on the counter behind her. The food was cold, the fries were stale and the nuggets were cold in the middle. When i got back to the car i looked through the bag there was cheddar bites missing. After 30 minutes i expected at least warm food and all of the order.

The customer service was horrible. I was a traveler coming through town. The employees were cursing and one male was trying to flirt with me through the speaker. I only recorded the reaction a little from the window. The young lady was on the phone the entire time. She stayed on the phone up until she brought out my food, I had to pull up to the door which is the only thing I’m not upset about. Highly disappointed in the lack of customer service and now seeing the reviews of this location, I’m not surprised. If I could post the video I would.

Alan, our server today was the king of great customer service. Even when I messed up what I was asking for he helped me out politely and professionally. Made my and my husband’s day. Well done young man…much appreciated. Food was hot and good.

Friendly staff, good location just off highway, food was fresh. Wanted onion rings, they put fries on the order and still have us onion rings. Accommodating.

After my absolute shit experience at McDonald’s across the street, these staff members were fantastic. I am not a Burger King goer, but did they impress me. Staff was professional and food was on par. Well done.

They should have been open but they was only allowing people in drive thru for breakfast it was between 630 and 7 AM. Maybe it was a staffing issue but McDonald’s was happy to take our money

I ordered 2 whopper jr meals today, the girl at the register didn’t greet me or smile, just looked mad at the world. When she rang up my meal I thought it looked funny so I asked her “is that 2 whopper jr meals” she grunted something at me and then another girl came looked over her shoulder and gave me one cup. I told her I ordered 2 meals and she started talking like I was wrong and the cashier asked her what to do about it, then she tried to ring up an additional fries and drink and I said no, I ordered 2 meals, I asked if it was two meals before I paid. Then one girl said I’ll have to call mark. Then the other girls said just give them the cup and fries. Very hateful girls. I will never go back to this Burger King. I over paid and then they tried to charge more and they were hateful to me because they messed up. You need better employees that actually care.
