Staff are absolutely WONDERFUL but the tenders are horrid. My son is a picky eater and KFC is one of his go to spots. I always get the 2pc tenders kids combo for him.
Well, I’ve tried this location twice and I will not be going back. The tenders are always overcooked and hard to chew. On this trip they even looked and tasted different, and not in a good way.
I ended up throwing the chicken out and had to make some frozen nuggets to go with the meal instead.

The worst KFC I have ever been too! I always thought the customer comes in and orders food they want not let staff pick the food for you! Been here several times in the past year each time out of chicken! I wanted 2 piece chicken dinner dark meat extra crispy .They said I can only get white meat original! So I let my sister in law order while I decide. They informed her it would take 25 minutes to wait on the Mac and cheese she wanted with her meal after she went with the white meat offer she really didn’t want! Bec she didn’t want to wait for chicken to be cooked! So back to my order. I decided to go with the big box chicken sandwich with nuggets dipped with BBQ sauce.They said I can’t get that Bec there’s not a button for BBQ nuggets I can only get a number 8 meal ! What! What’s the difference! Charge me the $1 for BBQ sauce for any combo meal!!!! That was clearly advertised ( see pics). I just wanted the chicken sandwich dipped in the BBQ sauce. That’s what I came in for BBQ chicken but had to go with the sandwich! Still no Mac and cheese! Then they tried to charge me for the nuggets they said I couldn’t have that came with the combo! Long story short everthing I wanted they said I couldn’t get! I asked was it ok if I got the lemonade or did they want to pick my drink too! When we finally got our food both of our food had no BBQ sauce on it! They were dipping the chicken in BBQ sauce with a strainer! Causing sauce to go through! Instead of using tongs!!!! Then to add insult to injury the man that worked there said I must of had a bad day!! And other staff didn’t think I should be raising my voice ! They must be from another planet to think a person is not allowed to get upset after I was told time after time I couldn’t get what I wanted! I don’t think this place would be open if it wasn’t off of I-95. If you are a local person like me skip this KFC and go to the downtown location by Capt. Ds. The staff at that location is awesome! You can get what you order and did I mention staff is awesome at that location! .

I can’t give a 5 star on everything. The cashier was great & entertaining. Along with many other customers,I waited way too long. Time was 5:15pm should have been ready for dinner. Waited 25 minutes for a meal. When my number was called, wrong order. Waited about 5 more minutes. Number called but waiting on green beans. I waited about another 5 minutes, please can I just have an extra coleslaw. Actually, waited again..to pack my order. I get to destination to find out we were shorted a biscuit. I can’t complain..only 4 guys in back working..1 cashier. I think the manager needs retrained. Cashier..I wish I knew your name..lol..you were entertaining. Kuddos to you for putting cook in his place..nicely. Yes..I will return when in area.

Location tonight. My husband & I went to get 2 bowls & a pot pie & 2 drinks. First thing
Was a sign on the door saying drive thru only. Couldn’t dine in! Went thru drive thru & told them our order 2 times as they were not paying attention & not busy! They gave us our order & we asked if napkins & forks were in the bag & they assured us they were. We parked & got ready to eat & NO Napkins & NO Forks! Drove thru again & the girl that waited on us the first time apparently sent 2 other people to the window & wouldn’t show her face & they claimed they have napkins but are out of forks , that they are waiting for their truck tomorrow. What ever happened togoing to Walmart & buying some!? LAZY! They claim lobby is closed due to renovations. Dont look like anything is going on at all there!

Got my food had an hour drive.

Last few visits have been disappointing because the service is the slowest ive seen in the area for a fast food service. You hardly see someone at the register. The air smells like sewage likely due to a plumbing issue that has yet to to be fixed.

This location is the best in the entire area. I expressed my concerns about a price to the manager and she offered to replace my entire meal when I returned which was not what I was looking for. This manager obviously cares and understands when a mistake is made you fix it. A lot of businesses have forgotten that logic. I highly recommend this location. Not only does the food hold up to KFC original quality but the staff is friendly and helpful which is nothing like the raggedy location up rt1 near Southpoint with the nasty manager.

My daughter went to KFC to get the 10 piece original chicken. They gave her all extra crispy knowing she purchased the original. We didn’t noticed until we got home. To be honest the chicken tasted old and greasy. Had to throw the rest in the trash. I think they did it on purpose to get rid of the chicken that’s staled and old. Never again.
