My family and I absolutely love this place! The server named Maria has been our absolute favorite girl for over 15 years now, she is the nicest lady you’ll ever meet! The food is also always great! The cheese dip here is my perfect one, nobody else’s is quite right except El Rodeo. I adore the flan for dessert, the hard shell tacos are phenomenal and always the same every single time. The fajitas for one are more than enough for my mom and I to share – with leftovers!! Fresh and crispy chips that aren’t overly salted, salsa that isn’t overly spicy but with an option for salsa Verde that satisfies those that like more heat. My favorite meals currently are the Steak taco salad and the #19. I appreciate that they will sub cheese sauce for the typical red sauce over burritos, and they always bring me an extra dish of lemons and extra napkins. This is my go to restaurant, and the place I bring any friends that aren’t local. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the food!

They have the best cheese dip around. My husband thinks they have the best salsa. El Rodeo is very much out of the way for us to stop and eat there, but it is so good that we do it.
