I had such an amazing experience at Pancheros! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly, but what really stood out was the incredible service. Janicqua created such an open and safe environment for me and my group of friends. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable.
She had such a positive attitude, was patient, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. It honestly felt like she cared about our experience, not just doing her job. It’s rare to find someone who brings that kind of energy and warmth to a space, and it made our whole visit even better.
We left with full stomachs and big smiles. Thank you, Janicqua, for going above and beyond — we’ll definitely be coming back!

Would not recommend it at all, do not come to this place. I had a really horrible experience there. I picked up my order and the staff looked at me as if I didn’t know what I was doing. When they prepared my food, it felt like they were doing it reluctantly. As I was leaving, they continued staring at me like something was wrong. When I got home, my brother tried the food and everything tasted terrible—they barely put any ingredients in it. Overall, it was very disappointing and honestly disgusting.

My spouse went to go get us food last night. 1/5/26 I didnt eat my burrito until this morning and realized I was chewing on plastic. I called the store she recommended I bring the burrito back in I told her why would i keep the burrito but I took pictures thank god. He did mention they was short staff last night but how did plastic end up in the food? Terrible

The line is ran by young high schoolers. Seriously the manager from what I observed was practically a filler for being a lead. Zero management skills. Zer0 communication . Literally tons of hair in both my delivery orders, absolutely disgusting who knows what else was in my food but I wouldn’t recommend which is quite disappointing because it used to be better taken care of..

You have to work harder than the staff. 7pm on a Monday, you have to bag your own food, watch 1 out of 4 people clean, and wait 15 minutes before you can order. I’m aware it’s Labor day, but 30 minutes for fast food is worse than McDonald’s.

They ruined my burrito, tried to just add another tortilla on top, so it was extra think, and I’d never be able to eat it.
So they remade it, and talked under their breath,yet at times, loud enough you knew what they were saying. They made fun of me the whole time.
I wasn’t The one who goofed! The boy with glasses was the worse one.
Look at my pictures, it was Stuck to the paper and a Mess (and it was so small compared to the first one)
I doubt any other business would let one/(meaning sloppily made product) leave their doors like this.
Shame on them.

I had a disappointing experience during my visit (August 28th around 8:45pm). The service was quite poor, and I struggled to communicate with the staff member who had dreadlocks. He seemed out of it(higher than a kite), making it hard to understand him. It was noticeable that the only staff member who seemed to be focused and actually doing her job was the young white girl. Additionally, the steak I ordered was incredibly tough, almost like it had been overcooked and left out for too long. The queso was hardened, making it unappetizing and the tortilla wasn’t even cooked and still very doughy like. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied with both the food and the service.
