went here and waited to be greeted and served but instead got a bunch of stares from workers who were all on their phones and acted as if i wasnt supposed to be there. i waited for a solid 8 minutes before walking out. no one greeted me, plently of employees saw me and said nothing. no one told me they’d be right with me or anything of the sort. don’t waste your time here.

Since when did y’all start serving leftovers? I ordered 2 10 piece, strawberry cream poppers, and you guys tell me they’re coming up right now like he just made them fresh. When everybody can clearly see that these are leftovers. Can somebody tell me when the KFC start serving late leftovers? Anyway, you won’t ever catch me spend another dollar at KFC ever again thank you for opening my eyes to the fact that fast food is not safe anymore and it’s unhealthy tasteless and quite frankly cold chicken is not good at all. I will buy the ingredients to make my own from now on thank you for waking me up.

OK, it seems like customer service after dark isn’t important anymore. Luke warm fries that’s was just thrown in the bag and a barely warm. Chicken sandwhich. If the standards can’t be achieved from open to close then just close earlier versus serving scrappy food.

I was misled by the cashier regarding my order, and I find that unacceptable. I clearly asked her if my senior citizen discount had been applied, and she confidently assured me that it had. However, when I reviewed my receipt, the discount was glaringly absent.
Determined to resolve this, I returned to the drive-thru, where her co-worker informed me that the item I ordered was already subject to a special discount, making it ineligible for my senior citizen discount. However, the item I ordered was not on any special discount. He was not telling the truth.
I made it clear that I would escalate this issue to both the manager and corporate, as this kind of misinformation is simply intolerable. Eventually, the female cashier gave my senior citizen discount to her co-worker to pass on to me, but I was left feeling profoundly frustrated by the misleading information I received. It’s essential that this situation be addressed to prevent it from happening to others in the future.

Not sure how well you can tell from the attached photos, but I got a 12 piece bucket, all of which were pink in the middle. I came here before and ended up finding feathers on a piece of chicken, figured I’d give it one more shot, but this is where I draw the line. This is just down right dangerous. A feather is one thing, but serving raw chicken, even if slightly raw, is incredibly ridiculous. Never had problems at a kfc like this one has given. Will never be getting my business again, and to those reading this, check your food from here before you eat it.

Order was made through the App. Although the App stated the order was complete, but there were several orders needing to be processed. In all it took about 45 minutes to prep my order (30 were after I arrived).
Despite the workload, and an angry customer pitching a fit about his order being short, the staff kept their calm and delta with everything in a professional manor.
I have visited this location often over the last 35 years and this was one of the best visits to the location.
98 on their last health inspection, much higher than the last time I visited, so I think I’ll be sure to visit again soon.

KFC’s Free Chicken Sandwich with the app download and account creation did not work. Hope that even though I purchased over 30 dollars of food, the manage would include the sandwich. Unfortunately, they were as clueless about the promotion as I was, saying that I needed to make the purchase online when it did not say so in the fine print out the promotion handout.
