The iced coffee with whipped cream was so rich it was basically diabetes in a cup! If you like sweet drinks you’ll love it.
The bacon was cooked perfectly and the gravy was really good on the biscuits and gravy.
I’ll start with saying be careful ordering online. The half order of the French toast on the in store menu is $4. If you try to order the same thing for delivery or carry out just the thought of having French toast starts at 6.99 to get the half order it’s $4 in top of that and a full order is $6.99 more. So $11 for a half order and $14 for a full order! When it’s $4 and $7 in the store respectively. Not sure if this is intentional cause you know This is America! Or if it’s a mistake. But be aware when ordering online.
With that the prices are reasonable (in store). You walk in and order at the counter, lady wasn’t very welcoming. Just a “what can I get for you” and move out of the way vibe, even when you’re the only one in line. Which I get, they were busyish. Ordered some food and donuts. Donuts, maybe it’s just the way they’re displayed don’t look very appealing. Maybe it’s the bad lighting in the cases and the off yellow shelves.
Anyway ordered and our food was done FAST!! It maybe took 5mins. Had to check the bags when we got to the car cause I thought this can’t be accurate, and it was! Everything was there hot and fresh. Thought we’d be waiting for a bit. So they’re efficient and accurate! Points there. And the food was decent. On par with literally every other restaurant in the Thornton area. Nothing that’s going to change your life or write home to your mom about but it was hot, cooked well, tasted decent.
Give them a shot! You probably won’t be disappointed.
Already ate half of my sandwich but it was delicious. This will be a spot I visit every time I come to town from Las Vegas!!
The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. #7 Eddie’s Special was the highlight for me, but honestly everything looked tempting. The portions were generous without being over the top, and you can tell they care about quality ingredients.
I also loved the vibe of the place—cozy, clean, and a perfect spot to start the day, whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or lingering over coffee.
Definitely one of the best breakfast spots I’ve been to in a while. Highly recommend!
