I was in Columbiana recently for a couple of months and visited Jack’s a number of times. I always experienced excellent service, friendly people, a clean, comfortable atmosphere, and the food was great also. One of the few “fast food” locations I recommend and I look forward to returning soon.

This particular Jack’s is great. I got pancakes with bacon and a coffee. The pancakes were delicious, the syrup hot, and the bacon crispy. The staff was very friendly and the store was clean. I even visited the restroom. It smelled like flowers. What more could I ask for?

Stopped in to pick up breakfast for myself, my wife, and my brother’s family. We got the sausage catering box—20 to 24 biscuits for around $25, which is a great deal these days. No complaints about the price or the food—it was solid.
The wait, however, was pretty long. Calling ahead might be a good idea next time, if that is even an option. The biggest downside was the restaurant itself. It had that greasy, sticky feel, and the place smelled like old fried grease that had been sitting for days. Next time, I will probably stick to the drive-thru.
Will I go back? Yes. I like the food and have not had many issues aside from portion sizes. Plenty of seating, parking, and good accessibility. Bonus points for the fireplace on a cold morning.

There was an older woman with her hair braided on the back of her head, in there tonight on 5/19/25 at 7:45pm and I just wanted to say yall need to give that woman a raise. She had amazing customer service. She was extremely kind. She makes that store great to be at. Greets with smiles! She needs a promotion or something bc she really just made my night. Such a kind woman! I will be returning and hoping she is there!

Long wait times and when I brought up The fact that the macaroni and cheese wasn’t even half full they said oh well sorry but we were running low on it at that second I was at least hoping for well let’s fill that container up for you especially since we got your order wrong in the 1st place All I wanted in the 1st place was a large macaroni and cheese but they gave me a small macaroni and cheese that was even half full French fries not even half fullHad to go through the drive-through again where again order and pay again for a large macaroni and cheese They did not want to fix the problems even when it was brought to their attention. Usually this is my go to place but I am very disappointed. Customer service is not existent here.
Update: I’ve come to this jack’s twice recently at nighttime, Old times they’ve been out of Stuff for my order And Shorted me on my order. I went back to get my stuff in the cashier. Called me a liar even after seeing the receipt. Try to tell me that the receipt only said one french fry when it very clearly said two.
I don’t appreciate being called a liar and having to argue for an order that i’m paying for and then i’m not even having everything for that order.
