Visited around 5pm and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a fast-food spot. My entire order came out cold, and despite there being no one else in line, my $17 order still took about 10 minutes—as if it were being made fresh. Spoiler: it definitely wasn’t. Everything tasted like it had been sitting for hours.
One of the potato tacos they handed me was barely put together. This was a small, simple order with zero modifications. There’s really no excuse.
I’ll go to the Taco Bell down the street next time. This location? Never again.

This is the third time I’ve ordered from them in the morning. Dirty counters, unstocked items like napkins, and the cashier hardly understands English. Half the time I’ve had to order in Spanish.

Do not recommend this location, food was poor for Taco Bell standards, fountain drink machine in lobby wasn’t producing ice and therefore was not cooling the drinks. Chalupa shells tasted like they were a week old, not even edible, had to throw them away. Staff was more interested in themselves then the customers, not even close to being professional.

I have given this location MANY chances to provide the bare minimum services. Both in person and ordered online. They never have the staff. My tacos have never EVER come in one piece, they’re always crushed. They’ve given me the wrong (still crushed) gorditas every time I order the Doritos gorditas. I also never get the sauces I ordered. The shells are almost always soggy and I reached out to Taco Bell to express my frustration about a month ago and never heard back. This location is quite possibly the worst in the nation. Will NEVER buy from this location again. AVOID AT ALL COST

I have pretty low expectations of Taco Bell, but this took the cake. Our food tasted like someone had spilled cleaning products into it. I had to call corporate because the store wouldn’t answer the phone. I got a refund and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to stomach the thought of Taco Bell again.

I used to work in customer service so I get it but tbh the drive thru workers every time make me feel like I just pissed in their Cheerios. And this is everytime I go, not just one random time. They all look and sound miserable & the vibe passes along to me just trying to get some lunch. Yikes. Do better Taco Bell.

Had an online pick up order. Place was dead had at least three to four employees on the line Took 5 minutes for them to ask me who I was there for I told them, another 10 minutes go by another employee comes and asks me who I’m there for I tell him, another 5 minutes goes by and the original employee comes and asks me who I’m there for again because they forgot so I tell him and they still haven’t even started the order yet.
