The staff here are incredibly friendly and efficient. However, I’ve noticed that the food quality at this location isn’t quite meeting the standards set by other locations in the area. On multiple occasions, my food has been overcooked, and in some cases, even slightly burnt.
I understand this is a new location, and growing pains are expected, but I hope these issues can be addressed to bring the food quality in line with the high standards I’ve come to expect. On a positive note, the smoothies remain as fantastic as ever!
