This is a small Kentucky fried chicken restaurant at Metric and Parmer. There’s nothing particularly special about it, but they could do a better job cleaning the tables off. They have cheese curds now, but they are a little salty. The order also seemed a little bit small and didn’t fill the container that they put them in even halfway.

Food safety concern: I ordered from this store via uber and one chicken breast had what seems like organs, tissues or lung/brain residue. I escalated this to the FDA/APH and submitted a KFC case/complaint but I am extremely disappointed by this safety miss as this could have caused a health issue for me. Really hope the KFC leadership will take this matter seriously.

I don’t know what disgusting thing they are passing off as chicken tenders but they are absolutely awful and not worth the $2.50 each you get charged. There is no breading it is just sour meat, salt, and pepper. I could have made this trash at home much cheaper and actually appetizing.

I was just in there I had to repeat my order multiple times and somehow I think he got it wrong. I have no biscuit was charged 13 something the receipts not in the bag. They’re not answering the phone. I’m running late to work. I will be heading in there tomorrow to speak to a manager because I would like to know how $13 was this And a small fry and yet still no biscuit And I didn’t get a drink so I did this amount to $13 and do things just not come with biscuits even when you’re asking for it?!? And I’m only writing a review because I literally had to repeat the text that I got from my other boss over and over and he still did not understand me

As soon as you walk in, they look at you and do not say a thing. The 3 Cuban lady’s in the back are just laughing and chatting when there are customers here in the front waiting to place an order. The place looks very dirty. The whole floor is greasy and has food thrown around on the floor. I hope KFC never goes out of business because of people like this just start working here and treat the place like there own. Oh and also be ready to wait even if you placed an order online. It says the wait time after you place an order is 15 – 20 min when i would give it another 30 min to be on the safe side and you are not just standing another 30 min when you get there.

My chicken and sides at this restaurant have always tasted good and been fresh. When I have walked in and ordered, employees have been courteous. The last time I ordered a biscuit, the employee even directed me to the honey packets. When I use the app, my food is ready when I arrive, and it is complete. I am happy with this KFC.

One star is being nice. First, coming to this establishment was terrible. I ordered the 8pc hot & spicy for a family member & 5pc tender meal for myself. For starters, the food was NOT fresh, as shown in the photos. I also ordered the funnel cake fries, which, as seen, had NO powered sugar on them. Tenders & chicken was tough (so much so biting will feel like pulling teeth.) Then when asked if I could wait for fresher food, the cashier Emily said “I already placed your food in the to go box.” Food was disgusting. Please don’t waste your time or money. You’d think for $25+, my food would have been cooked/handled MORE carefully.
