I ordered the hot and ready. They told me 5-10 min wait for the sausage. We waited 10 mins came back and they said 10 more mins. So came back and it still won’t ready! The guys acted confused and were playing around. People inside were standing around. Sad thing, both orders of crazy bread were so thin never going back to this location. Pizza also tasted old.

Everyone who was working tonight should be fired, they do not care about customer service in a service based job. The workers were more concerned with cleaning than taking care of customers, and they closed the lobby at 845 and snickered about people attempting to use the lobby. These workers should be fired for their poor performance and customer service. Y’all are better off going to Papa John’s and getting the papa pairs for $6.99 instead of having to deal with that garbage, especially if you want it an hour and half before they close, they will not have a satisfactory pizza or customer service.
*Note I’ve been there other nights and not had this experience, I’ve never seen these workers at this location, if it’s a shift of new employees, boy howdy it’s gonna take much more training for them to get up to speed, and I wouldn’t waste my time.

Other than the young man at the window the whole experience was awful! Ordered three pizzas hula Hawaiian, slices-n-sticks with bacon, and a 5 meat feast and only one was close to being correct. I hate that they closed the Little Caesars at Circle K near 95 because we never had to worry about getting a bad pizza. Needs improvement all around.

I ordered pepperoni crazy puffs online. Picked them up in drive thru and took them right back. They were flat and dry. First negative experience with them. I was refunded my money but they need to take that guy off puff patrol bc he doesn’t know what he’s doing.

TERRIBLE!!
The Pretzel Pizza isnt even a preztel its just regular crust with barely a glaze and salted. The cheese sauce looks wonky. Theres an ugly spot on it which im assuming is supposed to be crispy.
When I first got it. The pizza i had wasnt even a pretzel pizza. It was literally just a regular pepperoni pizza and everyone tried to tell me it was the pretzel pizza.
DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE SAUCE.
Like I know establishments are supposed to tend to jip you on sauces but this is ridiculous. 2 half contianers. Whats up with ONLY having marinara? Like wheres all the other sauces?

Went to order my food through the drive thru window and the cashier woman was very rude and disrespectful. Stated it would take 20 mins for my food even though there was no one else at the location. When I asked why, she stated because I said so. I paid for my order, and went and parked and waited for the 20minutes. When I came back around to get my food, she asked what I ordered, I had to say my order again to her and she said to give her a minute and slammed the window shut, when I received my food all of it was burnt and way overcooked!!
The service at this location gets worse every time I go here along with the food always being overcooked or just completely SOAKED in grease. Will no longer be coming to this location.

Listen!! This is my last attempt eating at this here establishment!!!! You all need to close down for about a week and hire someone to thoroughly clean top to bottom and organize!!!! Young lady who took my order was ok though! That place is nasty! Dead roaches on the floor… dirt as far as you can see…. I stood up and waiting on my food (I already paid for) I couldn’t even get comfortable and it had the nerve to be burnt and deformed when they came out (puff bites) When I use to work fast food they would make us clean end of shift and during while we were slow… re train!!!! Everyday I get new reasons to eat at home… Please do better

Sometimes they don’t always hit the mark , but tonight (Jan.9 2025 round 5:30pm) whoever was making pizzas /cooking absolutely hit it out the park it was very very good . Hot and ready when we got there and had plenty of toppings and the sauce didn’t overpower the rest of the pizza , even the crust was delicious and my kiddos usually never eat the crust. So I don’t know who’s in there tonight but keep up the work man

When I finally reached the window, there were four employees walking around, but no one came to the drive-thru window to explain the delay. After waiting an additional 10 minutes without any communication, I decided to leave. Poor communication and long wait times

My wife and I love to eat at Little Caesars but yesterday, March 1st, we ordered three pizzas. Of the three, one was done decent but the other two were sad. We expect to get what we pay for but it seems that very few people care about what they send out these days. We probably will not be ordering from this store again. The gentleman at the window was very courteous and prompt but the pics speak for themselves.
