The best thing about Qdoba is the guac and queso at no additional cost. Place is clean and service was good, no issues. Best deal is the kids taco salad that you can load up with whatever you want plus it comes with chips and a side.

Its a a Qdoba, better and worse. I think the majority of neg reviews are just expecting higher quality, like its Chipotle. As a Qdoba, this place is good; each time ive been here the staff were great and show concern for what they serve. Its clean, and a reasonably comfortable place to eat. If you like Qdoba food, this is a fine choice. If you’re expecting fresh ingredients, look elsewhere.

Great location. Staff was polite and helped us in a timely fashion. The restaurant was very clean and also recently updated. They have a back room for larger parties if needed and an outside patio for those nicer days. Portion control was varied for ingredients but I have learned that’s the case for any restaurant of this type.

I had ordered through DoorDash and got nachos, But there was almost no queso. I called up there asking if I could get a side of queso since there was none and they started telling me how I was trying to get free food when all I wanted was the queso I paid for. Walked in today, received a standard “Hello, Welcome to Qdoba” from behind the counter. Everything started out well. That quickly changed when it came time to actually place my order. Greeted the blonde girl worker there, received absolutely nothing back except a cold stare and silence. Strange. She proceeded to literally not say a word to me the entire time she was making my food, lol. It was awkward. She only spoke to me when I ignored her myself, because I was sick of it, having done nothing wrong. She did give me a side of sour cream though at the end, so 2 stars for her instead of just 1. The food slaps though and makes the treatment I get here worth it!

I came here for lunch with a couple friends the other day and it was one of my first QDOBA experiences. The first thing I noticed was that the space was really clean and the atmosphere was really nice. The place wasn’t crowded at all, so we were able to order right away. I got the three cheese nachos and I really enjoyed it. Overall I would definitely come back to this place for lunch or dinner.

Watch out for the QDOBA on South Kansas Avenue in Springfield. We were shocked at how dirty the restaurant was. We reached out to Burrito Concepts, which own this restaurant, but didn’t receive a response.
So, please choose somewhere else! Save your poor gut the trouble this place will give it.

Clean location, get the “naked nachos” with the chips on the side, that way your chips are never soggy! They also have really good queso and the menu changes a lot more than Chipotle so you usually have something new to try, it’s great for on the go and they cater. This location has a meeting room I’m the back for events.

An older Qdoba but the restaurant is cleaned and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful and the food was quite fresh and well prepared as you would expect from a Qdoba. Personally I stopped in here to try out the new Impossible Burger option they’ve added. I’d strongly recommend it to anyone vegan, vegetarian or just cutting down on meat in their diet. The location makes this a perfect place to grab lunch when I’m heading out of Springfield as it’s just two quick stop lights from the 60 east ramp.
