It took over an hour since I placed my order for the to make it, it should have been ready at 11:27 but wasn’t ready until 11:47, then I was given wrong order. The staff was unprofessional and looked dirty, also drinking from beverages that were sitting next to soda machine. My food was cold, fries and onion rings were soggy and tasted horrible, my whopper bun was hard like a rock. I wasted my time and money an could not even eat. Really disappointed

This is by far the worst Burger King ever! We waited 45 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers! The staff was absolutely disrespectful towards us while we sat at the pick up window to get our food. They were pacing around inside talking. When we questioned what was taking so long, the response was there was only 3 people working. I understand being short staffed but 45 minutes sitting at the window to pick up our food while the employees are just pacing around inside is insane. There was probably 9 cars behind us. I hope they know that if they want “fast food” they will be waiting almost an hour. We then get our food and everything is ICE COLD! This is by far the worst expirence I have ever had. Never again.

It is Burger King, it is a chain, but the staff was so overly friendly and courteous – I had to give a review. The older gentleman at the register was magnificent! I’d eat here just to be treated kindly by his service again and again. I enjoyed their 3 for $7 meal deal. Cinnabons and original chicken sandwiches for the win!

My order was COMPLETELY wrong. Asked for a bacon double cheeseburger with no onions and received a whopper with ZERO bacon and covered in onions. The guy who took my order stood around talking for 5 minutes before sauntering up to the register. I also asked him twice for ranch only to find the sauce he threw in the bag was some nasty orange stuff. If you don’t care what food they throw in the bag, by all means, go here. AWFUL!

Drive thru took 4O minutes with just two cars ahead. First got a sprite n coke when I ordered two Dr peppers. The drive thru lady was very nice and fixed this issue. If you want a plain chicken sandwich when you didn’t order it that way, two one day old fries and a burnt hard crusty whopper (ordered with cheese…didnt get) for 35 bucks this is your place. The meal wasnt edible. So disappointed. Never again.

Me and my husband went for breakfast this morning through the drive through. We repeated to the girl 4 different times that we wanted the 2 for 6 double sausage, cheese croissant and a sausage ,bacon, egg and Cheese Croissant. We got the food and checked it given the ordeal we had to go through and it was a ham, sausage and egg croissant and a biscuit, bacon and cheese croissant. Nowhere near what we said. Then my husband goes inside to get it fixed and had to tell the girl 3 different times the same thing and we still ended up with a biscuit that had 1 sausage patty and cheese and finally a double sausage, cheese croissant that was dryer than hell. I ordered my food in the drive-thru at 12:20pm-12:23pm, I cant remember exact time but somewhere in between those times. I sat in line for 20+minutes till I got to the window. Handed the women my card, It says 12:48pm on my receipt when I was handed back my debit card and receipt. From there I sat at the window for another 15 minutes untill I got my food. As I was waiting I saw two workers who looked 100% confused on what they where doing inside. They kept looking at the bags in front of them 4-5 times taking or putting items into the bags, looking at each other so confused on the task at hand. It seemed like it was only those two people working,which then I was like okay that makes sense on why this is taking a long time
Then out of know where there were three other workers I saw, one twent to the fron and the other two i believethey were the cooks? Everyone seemed so confused and scrambling together. Finally after 15 minutes I get my food. I had to remind them of the sauces I needed for my order. The one gal had grabbed them and brought them down before and put them on the counter, the guy who handed me the food went right by them and that is when I said please dont forget the sauces. He puts them in and gives me the food.
I pull away and pull to the side to check my food. Glad I did because I had to go into the store and get my 12 piece chicken fry order since it was not in there. That in total took an extra 5 mins.
In total that took 45-55mins of just my time just to get 8pc chicken fry, 12pc chicken fry, 2 Lg french fries, 2 Jr. Whoppers w/cheese.
Please tell me why it took that long to get 6 items?
The icing on the cake was when I got home which is 6mins away all the food was cold not even warm

I normally do not ever complain regarding a fast food restaurant but this time I was set back. I requested 2 cheeseburgers with only onions. Cheeseburgers are $2.39 each. The order taker told me the total amount was $5.44 drive ahead. I pulled up to the window and waited until the employee opened the window. At that point I inquired that cheeseburgers were $2.39 each, I requested two. That would total $4.78 plus 5% tax brings the total to $5.02 not $5.44. Why the difference of $ .42 ? They told me there is an up charge as I only wanted onions. I paused, and stated “seriously “ and said that you can keep them for that. Chances are very good that I will never be back. Might sound petty but it is the principle.

This location did a full 180 the new staff are amazing they make sure your experience is good. They rake the extra effort to serve hot and fresh food. Worth going the only BK in the city so that says it all.
