Stopped in for a quick breakfast while on a work road trip. Greeted very warmly and the dining area felt more like my Grandma’s house then a restaurant. My server was very sweet, all smiles, and was very attentive. Good came out pretty quick and was just as good as it looked. I ordered the first omelette on the menu with country potatoes. Everything was delicious and the experience altogether was fantastic! Easily will be a place we will stop by anytime staying in Cheyenne.

Such a cute spot! We stopped by for brunch and honestly, it was perfect. It’s right in the middle of the city but somehow still super chill — not crowded at all. There’s public parking close by, which made things super easy.
I had the salmon omelet, pancakes, and hash browns, and everything was so good. Super filling, too. The staff were super sweet and friendly, and the bathroom was really clean (which is always a plus!). Definitely one of those places you wanna come back to.

As everyone else said, environment is cool but it took 45 minutes to be seated and another 15 just to get our drink order. Had to remind waitress what it was after 10 minutes of waiting. So after an 1 hr and 45 minutes, wasn’t even in the mood to give this place a chance. We left and paid for our coffee.
I suggest going full, the wait is rough. 2 Hrs for any local restaurant is excessive.

As others stated, a bit slow getting seated and waited upon. Not terrible to us. My omelet was very good, the pancake was actually charred on the bottom side, needed a knife to cut it. Only ate about one third of the top layer. My hashbrowns wre cooked but the grease/ oil they were fried in was deep enough on the plate to soak up with a napkin not very appealing or appetizing. All was very good and done right on my lady’s breakfast, heuvos ranchero. Everyone was polite and pleasant. We will try lunch, hoping the apparent in-attention on my order was an anomaly, not a regular occurrence. Butch.

This is the first review I’ve ever written!! Worst dining experience ever! Took over an hour to get our food. (We didn’t expect a fast food experience however an hour is a bit much on top of dealing with the rudeness)Other tables around us were complaining about service also and the workers there actually told us the other tables were saying we were rude. How can you be rude to a waitress that hasn’t even come back to your table??? That was the 1st lie. My family is not rude by any means. Unless they think asking how long it will be for your food after 45 minutes is rude!!! At one point a gentleman working there told us the actual owner had taken over the cooking and our food was almost done. Still no food 15 minutes later. At one point we were even told our food was in the serving window. Still no food 15 minutes later. Lie #2. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told there wasn’t a manager there Lie # 3 (Wouldn’t an owner be management?) but that didn’t stop 2 woman from coming out of the kitchen and proceeding to be beyond rude!! All this on top of incorrect orders when we were finally served. No accountability No sorry. Nothing. Obviously they don’t care about the customer and can not be honest!!! Should have read the reviews BEFORE going!!!!

It is a good place if you need a good breakfast. The place is warm and familiar, they do not accept pets inside but they have an area outside where they can be. The kindness of their employees is unique. Thank you for letting me enter with my pet because it was early and there were not many people. I loved that gesture.

Breakfast was great, and Ashley was our server. She was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing that made our experience less than perfect (and it might have just been an off morning) was that she kept catching quick glances of herself whenever she passed anything reflective, and she was touching her hair, face, and clothes a lot. It wasn’t necessarily rude or anything. I honestly don’t think she realized she was doing it. But it ended up being distracting enough that everyone in my party noticed it.
We also caught a slight sour smell a couple of times when she was at the table. Not super strong or anything, just enough to make us think she was maybe having a rough start to the day. That, combined with how unsettled she seemed, made things feel a little uncomfortable for us, even though she was friendly and attentive the whole time. Nothing major. We still enjoyed our meal.
Maybe we just made her nervous, or maybe she’s going through something. Hopefully it was just a bad day. But I’ll probably ask for Alona next time since she’s the one who usually takes care of us, and I’m not sure I want to risk another awkward meal.

The absolute worst service we have ever had. We got our bill for our food 15 minutes after they sat us and we had barely just got our drinks. we then waited over an hour to get our food and half of our food was wrong when it got to the table. the waitress never came back to fill drinks or to see if everything was okay. Will never recommend this place to anyone, they have no want to give good customer service and every person we encounter in there was extremely rude.
If you like subpar food, rude wait staff, empty drinks, and have hours to spend waiting on food, this is the perfect place for you!!!;)

Stopped here on our way back to Colorado, got seated outside where we asked because we had our pets with us. Waited almost 40 minutes for our food, with no waitress checking on us, to see if we needed anything, then my wife got her food and the whole order was wrong so she had to wait even longer for her food, then the waitress instead of replacing the whole plate, just replaced her steak with all the other food getting cold. We also asked for napkins and silverware which was never brought out. The staff could have cared less that they had customers outside even when going in to let them know that we had been waiting for a long time, all they said was ok welll send someone out. I suggest that if you go to this place that you DO NOT sit outside because you will wait forever, and the staff was not friendly.
