Don’t be surprised when they mess up your order!
I don’t even know where to start with this Burger King.
The only thing they are consistent at is poor customer service and messing up my order in some way. Either items are not customized correctly, or they’re just flat out missing.
I finally had enough and wanted to give my feedback.
I placed a mobile order so it would be ready by the time I got there, as they are notoriously slow and get backed up all the time.
As I arrived there was only one car in the drive thru. They still made me pull up to the front and I waited another few minutes for my food.
When she finally brought it out it did not have the sauce I paid for when I placed my order.
I tried to go inside to request it but the “24-hour” lobby was locked. I had to pull around to the drive thru and wait behind another car again.
When I asked for my sauces, I heard them questioning why I had asked for extra sauce, even though I paid for them on the app! THEY were impatient with ME!
After getting home, not only was my sandwich made incorrectly since I asked for no mayonnaise and no lettuce, but it seemed like they actually put EXTRA on there.
My “halfsies” order was really just four onion rings, and they were cold and hard. It was like the oil hadn’t been changed and they were just sitting out getting old and stale.
By far, this is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Consistently. Please choose ANY OTHER PLACE.

I went through the drive-thru on 3/4 around 11:45 PM and ordered a #1 with a Dr Pepper. When I pulled off, I realized the fries were old and cold, even though the burger was fresh. I went back through and asked for fresh fries, and was told they were “fresh” and that the fryer was being deep cleaned, so that’s all they had.
No one mentioned ahead of time that fresh fries wouldn’t be available. If I had known, I would’ve gone somewhere else. It’s frustrating to pay for a meal and not be told that part of it can’t be made fresh.
The manager got on the speaker and insisted the fries were fresh, which they clearly weren’t. The situation became unprofessional, and unfortunately this isn’t my first negative experience with the night manager. Customer service and communication were lacking.
I won’t be returning to this location. I’ll be going to the Blue Diamond location instead.

I have had my share of bad experiences at this location but today I had the pleasure of having Nadia serve me. She was fast, efficient, and had a smile on her face that is contagious. Keep workers like her around, she would be the reason I keep coming back, And happy to do so! Great job Nadia keep up the good work!

They were so nice. I ordered 2 Happy Meals and an 8-piece fried chicken. I went through the drive-thru, and when I paid, I didn’t ask for the receipt. When I got my order, we received the 2 Happy Meals and the sides, but both the staff and I forgot about the 8-piece chicken. I was in a hurry, so I didn’t notice at the time.
After I dropped my kids off at school, I realized I had forgotten the chicken. I called the store, and they told me to come in. When I arrived, a lady helped me and showed me my receipt, and I confirmed the order. She said she would give me two orders to apologize for the inconvenience.
I was very happy. It wasn’t just their mistake—it was mine too. I didn’t blame them or complain, but I really appreciated how they handled the situation.

I grabbed a quick lunch at this Burger King and loved it.
Had an Impossible Whopper with cheese (it IS National Cheeseburger Day!), small Coke, and a small Halfsies (half onion rings, half fries).
It was all delicious and man oh man am I full.
Didn’t realize they have a Whopper Wednesday promotion if you are a Royal Perks reward member (which I am). $3.99 for a Whopper or Impossible Whopper.
What a great deal!
Added cheese and substituted BBQ Sauce instead of ketchup. All of the “stuff” on the burger was fresh and plentiful. Tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, and onions. The Impossible burger was perfectly cooked and very juicy and tasty. The bun was perfectly sized.
The small halfsies was fairly big for a small and more than enough. I love that concept and it was a good deal as well.
Their zesty sauce is very much like the sauce from that chicken place that’s popular. Great on the onion rings and the burger too.
My meal was well under $10 and tasted every bit as good as any gourmet burger place charging double that!
This is a very modern Burger King. Looks great inside and out.
They even have an indoor air-conditioned play area for kids that is separated from the main seating area by doors and large glass windows with adjacent booths lining one side so parents can keep an eye on their kids while they play. Very well thought out concept.
Everything inside is super clean and well kept up, including the restrooms.
The staff are really friendly and my order was perfect and on-time. I used the easy BK app to order.
This BK location is five stars in every way!

I don’t usually complain but I was really disappointed this morning when I went through the drive thru this morning while my husband was in surgery. I ordered the French Toast meal and couldn’t eat not one of them. They were old and hard. I wished I had looked at them before I drove off, because it was obvious looking at them. I’m writing this review in the hopes that staff looks at the quality of the food before giving them to customers. I know none of them would eat French toast sticks that looked the way mine did.

I placed a pickup order scheduled for 1:55 PM, only to wait until 2:20 PM for it to be ready….25 minutes of standing around frustrated. Staff’s excuse? “Large orders ahead.” That’s no justification for such painfully slow, horrible service. Adding insult to injury, the order was all worng!!! Avoid this location if you value your time.

It is 1:14 a.m. Monday October 13th , I came to place an order at this location because it announced that they are now 24 hours. When I came to the window and started to place my order the lady stopped me and told me that she is only taking mobile orders and doordash orders. Rudely she repeated “”Only online mobile and doordash and Uber eats” she said. What the heck kind of laziness is this ? They had no other cars in drive thru but mine. I live nearby and they are never busy at night. The most we see there is 1 or 2 cars tops. Lazy. She herself was eating and chewing while declining my order.

Average fast food. Be prepared you’re going to wait like it’s fine dining restaurant. Workers move slower than a snail. They tell you to wait and be patient when they are doing nothing. Drive to another location will take faster. Find workers with urgency!
