The first set of pictures are Bren Mar Cafe and the other pictures are JJ Deli (see the big difference). I ordered pancakes from Bren Mar Cafe. The pancakes were awful, they just taste burned and had no flavor. They were definitely just water and flour pancakes. I very seldom leave a bad reviews, but after trying Bren Mar Cafe several times, and each experience of the food has not been a good one. I just had to leave a review. I went over to jjs deli (right across the street), and got the same platter. JJ’s deli pancakes were 4 times bigger than the pancakes that I received at Bren Mar Cafe. Tasted fantastic and I got double the food with great flavor. I have attached the pictures from JJ deli as well so you can see the difference. I will not ever try Bren Mar Cafe again due to the quality, quantity and taste of the food.

Got a breakfast sandwich (turkey sausage, egg, and cheese) loved! I love a cute lowkey spot to grab a freshly made sandwich. Lots of snack and drink options as well. Definitely gives a bodega vibe. Nice and quant but plenty of seating.

Stopped by for a quick breakfast. The staff is friendly and the food is good. I like that they will butter and jam your toast for you. The potatoes are delicious and they make their beans in house.

On a trip back to DC, I sat here and got breakfast sandwiches for the family. Being in this warm and cozy deli reminds me of what I missed about being in the city. Good service, good comfort, and good company.

I’m at a loss for words! I only discovered this place thanks to my fiancé. He raves about it every day but never brings anything home. So, I decided to tag along with him on his way to work.
All I can say is OMG! The portion sizes are just right, and I’m gradually making my way through the entire menu. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious, and the best part is that it’s incredibly affordable! Customer Service is 10/10 everyone is nice and friendly!

The Bi Bim Bap was delicous! My wife’s Reuben was also excellent. Good coffee as well as authentic Jarritos. Very friendly service. Parking is very convenient.

I love Panera . I have been going as long as they have been open . Today and on several other occasions Im starting notice a change in culture. today at 12:15 the young lady working the Dinning hall cleaning and picking up dishes decided to ignore me and leave my plate and bowl on the table . She picked up everyone else dishes but she walked right past my table cleaned the table next to me. Now lets just say use your imagination of why she skipped my table and i go to Panera everyday for 15 years. Like I said as the staffing changes the customer service has changed a lot depending on who you are. If you cant service everyone the same maybe the restaurant business is not a place for you. Let me also say 90 % of the time I clean my own table I don’t expect it but I know her Job.

Pupusas tasted excellent, made fresh and at an affordable price. I recommend calling in advance to order over the phone, waited 10-15 minutes or so but only because there was 5-6 orders ahead of mine. Variety of food, snack, and beverage options.
