As far as chains go I usually like Papa Gino’s. For the price I expect way better than what I got. The chicken was burnt and hard and the dough was far too thin and floppy. I do not recommend going to this store.

I recently went to Papa Gino’s and got a large cheese pizza and an order of chicken tenders. The pizza was delicious, but when I opened the box of chicken tenders there was literally a small handful of pieces with buffalo sauce that I paid $11.99 for, and it was pathetic!! I will say the chicken tasted good, but the amount of chicken that I got was absolutely ridiculous! I don’t know if this was an error on their part, but I could go to any other takeout place and get more than triple the amount I got for the price I paid. I will say that I typically always love the food at Papa Gino’s, but was extremely disappointed when I opened the box after getting home. There was barely enough chicken for one person let alone sharing with anyone. I live 20 minutes away and wasn’t about to drive back and show them. Papa Gino’s, you can do better!!

(edit) i just opened my pizza box to find the worst cut pizza i’ve possibly ever seen in my life, whoever cut this pizza needs a lesson on geometry these are not triangles. ive never seen a pizza cut so badly that it has a middle slice.. that was until today, thanks a lot papa ginos.

Visited in search of a crispy thin crust pizza with a conservative balance of sauce and cheese, well done but not charred, almost an orange slice. Papa Gino’s delivered a pizza that was thicker than what I wanted but still average/below average thickness, with an enjoyable crispy crust with no flop and no grease. The dining area was spotless, comfortably air conditioned, and overall well above average for a pizzeria. Staff was very friendly and was happy to do a slightly well done pizza. Price was average/slightly above average at $16.99 for a large cheese. I will be continuing my search but enjoyed the visit.

So the food was pretty much ready when I got there from picking it up. Unfortunately it was completely made wrong. I caught it at the restaurant with both being in Subaru and not being in a pita. The gentleman at the Flat top, fix the items and put them in a bag and give them to me. A pointing arriving all the way to home. I have no idea what he did. But there was no green peppers in one. No onions in the other and no extra cheese on either. And nothing was toasted absolutely completely wrong.
