Came through Drive Through after work about 11:15pm-11:20pm. Drive thru guy was extremely rude when we were trying to decide what we wanted to order. Got to the window and was wanting to add one more thing he wouldn’t let us order. Kept complaining about. Wanted us to drive back around the drive thru for freaking nachos!! Taco Bell Definitely lost money today and made some unhappy customers!

Placed a pick up order hoping that it would help them make it correctly. Incorrect sauce on my tacos (I paid extra to substitute it in the app so that was great), fries were completely upside down and they still forgot half my order.

So I haven’t been to this location since April and was severely disappointed in the extremely small amount of meat that they put in all 12 of my tacos! Most were loaded up with lettuce and cheese but no meat! Several had a very little lettuce and cheese and hardly any meat! Now yesterday, my daughter stopped there and said the exact same thing about the tacos not having any meat inside of it! Two of us spent $32 on a box of crunchy tacos, two orders nachos, and two fountain drinks! Needless to say that I will never go back to this location again!

Everytime i come through i get a cheese quesadilla and 50% of the time i get a chicken one instead. I say what i want because of my preferences and they never listen.

Came here on a Friday evening, said they don’t have meat. LOL. They have to cook it. Considering that most of the items on the menu requires meat. Very unprofessional. It’s a great way to not have customers and cruise their way to the evening. Free paycheck.

I want to start by saying this place is awesome- i come here every morning dang near and i always have quick accurate and kind service no matter how early
I love the morning crew they really are putting in the work to please customers! Thank you for the service!
The only issues i have come across would be night time, not a big problem at all but when the boxes run out they put everything in a bag- THIS IS FINE but when both me and my husband order its difficult to get everything sorted and would really appreciate in the future if things could go in separate bags.
They have been doing awesome lately so i don’t know if it was just a busy day when it happened or not but night shift thank you as well! Love yall thanks for feeding me

Normally, I like Millersburg Taco Bell, but today was just awful. My taco was cold, and when I went to the counter to get a new one she was snooty and rude and took it and didn’t even offer another. There were no hard taco shells, and I was okay with a soft taco, but I would have liked lettuce and tomatoes!! But apparently they were out of that too. The staff were insanely rude and talked about “pyscho customers”. Not to mention we waited 30 minutes!! To make up for it an employee threw coupons at us for “One free taco”. Guess we’ll be going to Wooster more often!

Ordered a steak burrito with a soft taco amongst two other orders and they forgot the burrito. Had to drive back for the burrito and asked for a new soft taco that’s fresh since the other is cold. After having to drive back, they said no because they don’t give free food. It was a soft taco… Terrible service, check your order as they will get it wrong.
