Zero stars… Why wouldn’t the “chef” remake burnt egg foo young instead of packing it up for take out? Awful. Burnt and dry. Not worth the gas money to return to the “restaurant ” for a return. Tossed it in the bin. No dinner for me. Cross this one off the list.

This is an excellent restaurant! I mostly make smaller orders, but have used this place for catering as well. I have been impressed every time. The staff is very kind and generous. They go out of their way for you. The food is excellent. I have never been disappointed in a dish from this restaurant. It always arrives steaming hot and really quickly and to me that’s worth a little extra for delivery. I highly recommend this place.

.. shrimp and lobster sauce supposed to be white sauce w egg.. this was dark brown and tasted nothing like it should. Egg foo young… supposed to be light brown flovorful sauce this was dark brown w thickener instead of what it shoukd have been. At 66 years of age i can state my expectations are smack in the average. Not too critical and experienced enough to know what things are supposed to be like. 40.oo plus dollars and i thtew it in the trash. Additionally the egg foo young was so tough you could here it cracking as i had tp tear it apart with 2 forks…. no way… supposed to be easy to eat

One bad review from a dissatisfied customer should not make up a full picture of a place. It’s a small kitchen style Chinese fast food joint, The food here is above average for the common Chinese dishes… The lady behind the counter has always been nice to me… the food is authentic (no Central Americans in the kitchen) if you go you must try the Beef Chow-fun… Excellent Chinese Beef in wide rice-noodles…

My family has been going here for over 15+ years because of the high quality items, good prices, and friendly staff. Our favorites are: veggie fried rice, hawaiian fried rice, chicekn + peapod, shrimp general tso, and more!! The owner Shu (spelling here may be incorrect) is very kind and hard working. This nasty a$$ place and it’s effed up service gets no stars from me. Place an order for $36.21 (total amount) for pick up they thought I was going to tip them for me PICKING UP MY OWN FOOD! I think NOT!!!!! I pay for my order, the charge comes to my phone and it says $44.05 FIRST CHOP SUEY, willowbrook il.
I go back and double check my receipt and like I saw the first time was $36.21. I call and tell them I’m over charged she tells me it was my bank. Ok, I call the bank and my bank (which I already knew this) does not charge sur charges or service fees and that I should talk to the merchant again. I go in there today and the chick behind the could counter tells me she not giving me the balance that was over charged back, and that if I tried to dispute the charge then I would have to pay her for the $44.05 (the same amount she said she didn’t charge me)

Placed an order for delivery on the “BeyondMenu” App (I’ve used this same app many time before with other food places and always had a pleasant experience) placed the order at 645pm I waited until 8pm (1hr15min after order placed) to called and follow up (defeating the purpose of online ordering) it was extraordinarily clear that they were not monitoring their online orders. They scrambled to get my order together (spent 5min+ on the phone) and finally the man on the phone says “it’s on the way” and hangs up abruptly. 30minutes later (1hr45min after order was placed) the delivery man calls me from outside and asks me to meet him out there (defeating the entire purpose delivery, i refuse to concede to his request so I continue to wait.) 3min later my door bell rings and he presents me with my food. The delivery man did apologize for the wait, but chalked it up to “oh we’re so busy tonight.” Which may have been true but I know that was not the reason it took almost 2 hours to get my delivery. I finally sit down to enjoy my food (which I am enjoying, initially) until I find a LONG DARK HAIR mixed in with my fried rice. And now I’ve wasted 10 more minutes of my time writing this review. Who would have thought a simple Chinese food order would consume so much of ones evening. Never again.
