Tamira’s smile and service was the reason we came back. She was attentive and had command presence, ensuring employees were gainfully employed. Jasmine was also very personable. We will definitely be back. The food was great. Biscuits were buttery and delivious, tater tots were cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. Food was served hot and orange juice ice cold.

⭐️ 1 Star – Absolutely Unacceptable Service
I stopped at Hardee’s in Magee, MS (Highway 49) on December 13th around 12:00 PM, and this was hands down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had.
I simply asked for fries with no salt. The employee refused and said, “I can’t drop new fries because I might splash oil on my shirt.” That is the most ridiculous excuse I’ve ever heard in food service. If you’re afraid to do your job, you shouldn’t be working in a kitchen.
To make it worse, she STILL gave me fries with salt, completely ignoring my request. The burger patty was cold, and when I asked for BBQ sauce, she rolled her eyes and sighed like I was asking for something unreasonable.
On top of that, the same employee went outside for a smoke break and came back in handling food without washing her hands. That’s not just bad service — that’s a health concern.
Look — truck drivers already deal with enough disrespect daily. We stop to spend $15 on overpriced processed food, and this is the service we get? Eye-rolling, attitude, laziness, and zero care for food safety?
If you don’t want to work, go home. The fast-food industry is failing because places like this keep staff who clearly do not care about customers or their jobs.
Management seriously needs to retrain or replace the 12 PM staff. This location has completely missed the mark on basic customer service and professionalism.

What difference four years makes! The last time I was here, the service was excellent and the food was really good. But now, I’m just amazed how far this place has gone downhill. Bunch of lazy people who don’t want to work. Don’t pay attention to the listed hours of operation. It’s now “whenever the workers feel like showing up.” Unbelievable!
Just fire the whole bunch and start from scratch!
Super fast service with a friendly attitude and a big smile on their face! Very clean sitting area. The food was very good! What more could you ask for?

The fact that synthetic meat is being made and approved for sale by the government is concerning, but hey long as ppl keep eating business is good …the burger had no taste and was dry and already made ahead of time…only thing hot from this famous star meal was the fries…but the standards are so low and nobody EVER complains

The food was good and prepared correctly. They are still prominently showing the Philly Cheesteak burger on the main menu board but I tried to order it and was told it was discontinued several days ago. Then tried to order the Jumbo Chilli dog and was informed they could not make that either. Eventually settled on the Frisco burger.
The whole time she was taking my order she was complaining about her co-workers and argued with them some as well. Very unprofessional and detracted from the experience.
The place did look clean at least.

I know it was late but things were absolutely horrible. I will call in the morning to speak with a manager. I will follow up with the results of the call I make in the morning. This is the idea of a “large” French fry with a large meal. Again a large French fry. Dry, over cooked.
