Visited Panda Express on West University Drive in Denton. The staff was generous with our two-plate meals ($10.30 each), filling our plates with rice and two different chicken options. The restaurant is clean, and I appreciated their reminders about food allergies. They also had a notice about temporary item shortages due to climate-related challenges, which is understandable. Overall, tasty food, great portions, and a very pleasant experience.

The honey walnut shrimp and rangoons were delicious. Despite being super busy and a line out the door. The staff did amazing and handled our order with care. They’ve never gotten my order incorrect anytime I’ve been and the food has always tasted fresh.

We had a really bad experience here today. Portion sizes are significantly smaller. There is next to NO sauce. Very dry. Taste not good. Chicken was undercooked (see pic).

I came here to pick up an Uber Eats order, and when I arrived, the staff told me the order had already been picked up. I explained that this affects my delivery completion rate and asked if they could please remake it so I could still complete the delivery. The manager refused to help and said it was “against policy.”
After checking, I found no actual written policy that prevents them from remaking orders in this situation. It felt like they just didn’t want to deal with it. As a delivery driver, this kind of uncooperative attitude not only hurts the driver but can also mean the customer never gets their food. Very disappointing experience poor management and zero willingness to help.

I came in just before 8 pm on Saturday. The place was totally disgusting. Every single table was covered in food and trash and the floor was even worse. The one employee working the line would randomly stop helping customers to walk over to the manager to talk about a party happening that night.
Do not order food from here or come here. If they can’t keep the place at least a little clean I wouldn’t trust them to handle my food. They need to fix this location or close down operations.

Sent my wife to get me some chow mein and got a box full of super greens. I mean literally no noodles whatsoever just an overkill load of veggies. If I wanted super greens I would have ordered super greens. Get it together panda

Whoever was managing this location the afternoon of 01/06 demonstrated extremely unprofessional behavior.
A young teenage employee arrived for his shift and was immediately pulled aside and yelled at loudly in front of customers and staff. This was not a private or constructive conversation — it was public humiliation.
No employee, especially a young one, should be spoken to this way in a workplace. The employee was visibly embarrassed and distressed, and the situation created an uncomfortable environment for everyone present.
This behavior does not align with what I would expect from a company like Panda Express, and I sincerely hope this is not representative of their management standards.
I am posting this to bring attention to a serious leadership issue and encourage appropriate internal review.

Not happy at all with this place. We used to go here frequently, but it won’t be happening again. Our kids wanted panda. We went. They didn’t have what my wife wanted and didn’t have what I wanted. We just picked up food for the kids. We got home and opened our daughter’s meal. Broccoli beef….well… broccoli and 3 tiny pieces of beef. Are you kidding me? They’ll be lucky if we even go to a different location.
Update: 3 years later. Gave it a shot again. $50 for 2 kids meals and 2 plates. I did the shrimp that was an extra $1.50 and the beef something that was another $1.50 extra. I received 5 shrimp that were mediocre at best. The beef….the beef I had to chew for several minutes until the flavor left and spit it out. The noodles were overcooked and tasted burnt. They charged extra for spicy sauce and teriyaki sauce. I did not receive any spicy sauce. Again, I was charged for it. It used to be complimentary. This is getting long, so I won’t even touch the trash the rest of my family threw away. I WILL NEVER GO TO PANDA EXPRESS AGAIN. Pure garbage. I’m done.

We went on a road trip and stopped to eat here. We got orange chicken, which tasted good, but you could tell it was old. It was soft, not crispy. We got the Chile Crisp shrimp, and we had to wait for it, so it was fresh and delicious. We also ordered the walnut shrimp. It was old as well but tasted good. We ordered the black pepper chicken and teriyaki chicken, and both were delicious. We got fried rice, which was good, the chow mein was bomb. We got our little one a kids meal with chicken and noodles. We got the applie pie roll rollups for desert, those was bomb too. The restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms. The staff was friendly but did not smile, we was thanked for our order, the wait was less than 10 minutes. The crew looked short staffed and maybe frustrated. They all did well, and we appreciate them for making us our food.
