The food was hot but it was hard as a rock. I couldn’t eat it. It was overcooked or something and the soda was funky tasting idk if it’s the spout or what but it tasted like it had more carbonation than soda. The onion rings tasted like they’d been cooked in weeks old oil it was sour on a few too. I didnt finish the food I threw it away it was too nasty and hurt.my teeth. I wasn’t the only one my daughter and husband had issues as well later on we got diarrhea. But no we will not be returning to that location. And the manager was not very understanding all she said was that she cooked the food I had no issues on it being hot but it was too hard, and tasted off. Customer service was definitely lacking. Sorry but I will not be returning neither will my family.

My wife placed a mobile order for me to pickup after working all day. Pay off our order was 2 blizzards. They were overly full by at least an inch and a half. But no lids or tops. By the time I got home the pictures are the evidence. It was everywhere. I contacted the store. The solution they had was to replace the blizzard. I have to detail my car and spend about 40 dollars to clean up this and they want to give me ice cream as a way to make it right.

Ok, the girl who took my order this evening (I didn’t get her name) was, by far, the nicest, most professional, fast food worker I have encountered in a long, long time. Everyone who works in a fast food restaurant could, and should, take some lessons from her. Service with a smile… She made my day… DQ – you need to give her a raise!

I don’t know if they was short handed or what. I waited 8 to 10 minutes to waited on and while I was waiting I was watching the girl cooking all the burgers and she wasn’t wearing gloves and I watched her scratch her nose and she went back to handling burgers bare handed. I didn’t say a word I just took the 2 burgers home and gave them to my dog. 4 more customers came in after me and they got so tired of waiting 3 of them turned around and left because they got tired of standing and no one waiting on them. The experience was horrible and I will not be back.

Ordered a burger no ketchup no pickles took a bite and someone put extra pickles. Food quality itself after burger fix tasted nasty and had to throw out. Now I have what I believe to be food poisoning from the burger.

Refused to answer phone, when someone finally did answer … completely unprofessional! The person answered the phone with, “Hello”! I had to verify that I was speaking to Dairy Queen. When I arrived at the store, they were completely dead! I had to call 7 times to speak to someone! Is the store manager as lazy as his or her employees at night? Because night shift at Dairy Queen is ridiculous!

The toast is pathetic and the BBQ chicken basket from this DQ specifically always falls short of every other store. Its always tossed in a pile and not great which is sad to say because I love DQ.

The customer service here was terrible. I asked for a Dr Pepper in the drive-through, and instead of politely explaining that they were out, the woman at the window spoke to me rudely, saying, ‘I told you we don’t have Dr Pepper, we’re out, order something else.’ Very unprofessional.
