After running errands in the cold after the snow storm this hit the spot. Our second visit here and not our last. I got the Pho with shrimp (chicken last visit). It is deceiving how much food is in that bowl!!! Perfect way to warm up on a cold day. I added the jalapeños for an extra kick. Dave got the pork vermicelli bowl, think it’s what he got last time too. The shrimp egg rolls are so crispy on the outside and have a whole shrimp up through the middle, so good! I had a Vietnamese iced coffee, creamy and smooth, while he opted for the hot option. They are now offering Bahn Mi as well. The staff is very nice and attentive. Relaxed and casual atmosphere.

My husband and I had our date together this last Saturday for lunch at Pho & Fresh. It seemed clean and was quiet with calm romantic instrumental music playing. We both ordered the Pho Bo (beef pho) and it was phenomenal! Our food came out promptly (less than 10 minutes) with steaming bowls of delicious pho.
The broth was flavorful with authentic spices and well strained of fat. Pure beefy aroma and flavor packed a punch without too much salt. The beef and brisket meat was thin sliced and super tender. I ordered tendon in mine and it came out in an adorable side bowl with extra broth. The tendon was gelatinous and cooked properly. It could have been sliced a little thinner. We also ordered broccoli and carrots on the side and received extra broth with it wow! I was overjoyed! Oh the bowls are adorable see the cute roosters! They had all the utensils you need chopsticks, Vietnamese soup spoons, American spoons and forks too!
Thin sliced scallions and onions adorned our bowls with a plentiful side plate with bean sprouts, fresh thai basil, lime and jalapeno sliced thin. They had the usual Sriracha and Hoisin sauce but what really pleasantly surprised me was the fresh homemade chili sauce.
The rice noodles were thin cut and tasty but started to fall apart just a little towards the end, no biggie. The food was excellent you could really taste the quality and thought put into their pho. We had water on the side and it tasted like citrus like maybe lime or lemon was added.
Next time I think I will try the French press coffee and some other items and update this review.
One thing I wish they would change is that there were only 3 booths which were clearly the coveted comfortable spot to eat. Sadly, we sat at one of the tables and the bench was just hard wood. It was really hard on my back I wish that in the future they swap some of the tables out against the walls for more booths.
I’m very happy with my experience at Pho & Fresh and can’t wait to eat there again. I will update this review after next time!

We love Ohio and when we found out we didn’t have to drive 40 minutes to get some authentic pho we were excited. Service was quick, food came out quick, and it was delicious! We had the beef pho and the pork egg rolls. The soup base was so tasty and what I loved most about it was it didn’t have the fat layer on top. My husband had the peach tea and he said it was the best drink he has ever had. We plan to come here so much more often!

We got to be their first customers for their soft opening 9/21/2025. Having never had Vietnamese food we really didn’t know what to expect. What a great experience. While the menu is limited, for now, the offerings were a glimpse into their flavorful cuisine. We ordered the Egg rolls (Cha Gio), Pho Bo Noodle soup and the Vermicelli bowl (Bun Bo Nuong Xa). The egg rolls were phenomenal. An absolute MUST! All the entrées were plentiful and delicious. The side dishes, especially the Sweet onions, are a great addition and add another layer of flavor to each dish. The staff was friendly and very attentive, taking the time to explain the menu to us newbies. Thanks so much for a terrific experience. (Pictures are after we had already tasted our food).

What a great place! The food was excellent, especially the Vietnamese iced coffee – very rich and flavorful, and not overly sweet. The service was amazing despite them being very busy. Our server was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The decor was cute with a clean and natural atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back again and again!

As someone who grew up eating pho a lot, I’m so happy a Vietnamese restaurant finally opened up in Eldersburg!! The pho was amazing—flavorful broth and the meats were very tender. We also got the summer rolls (not pictured) and those were super tasty as well. This is definitely gonna be one of my go-to places now!

Never having Vietnamese food before, after running all day we decided to stop in on the way home and give it a try. The owner was very nice and engaging and helped us pick something out as “first timers”. The summer rolls with shrimp and peanut sauce were delicious! The shrimp pho bowl (being lent) was a chefs kiss. My husband had the beef pho and couldn’t stop talking about how flavorful and melt in your mouth the beef was. First of many visits! They know how to do Pho right!

Food is as fresh and authentic as you can get. Absolutley delicious, crave it weekly! The homemade egg rolls are light, flaky, and stuffed with meat. The beef in the pho melts in your mouth. I’m not one to drink all my broth but this broth is irresistible. The staff are family run and so very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere for dining is beautiful and clean. So happy to have them here!
