I ordered this hamburger with no ketchup and when I opened it, it was full of ketchup. I hate ketchup and mustard. At least they didn’t put mustard on it. Completely ruined the hamburger for me, as I had to throw away the top part of the bun and try to soak the ketchup off of the rest. Beware, if you make a special order, check it before you leave the restaurant, as they can’t be trusted to get the order correct. This was a to go order, so I couldn’t take it back to get it fixed.

Service is always horrible at this location. Literally, I asked for no pickle They added pickle in my burger was soggy patties were cold. The lady taking orders is horrible and rude. They even had the chili sitting out. I added that picture too. I want my money back

If they say open 24 hours then there should be an option for people to be able to walk in, particularly since it’s next to a hotel. Guy told me to walk around to order so I did, just to have the lady yell at me and tell me to stand there (in the cold) until all the cars are gone then I can order. Totally embarrassing and inhumane experience

I ordered online to pick up in the drive-thru and it was ONLY a 10 ct nugget, no meal or anything just plain old nuggets. We pulled up to the speaker and they said to come to the second window. When we pulled up they were so confused on to where the food/order was, we waited at the window for about 10 minutes where we could hear the manager yelling at the employees to hurry up. It was also that moment where she decided to tell us to park and wait the the order to come out. We parked where it said curbside pickup since there are no drive thru parking, mind you it was also raining and I had my 4 yr old with me. So we parked and waited for another 20 minutes and that’s when I decided to come inside and they had completely forgot about us. I had got my nuggets and asked to speak to the manager and all she said was my bad and that she didn’t know because the other manager didn’t tell her anything, so she threw the $1 coupon book in my bag like it was supposed to make me feel better?? That’s bad management on their end, also there was another car that parked next to us that also went through the drive thru and was asked to parked and also waited for a long time and decided to come inside as well since no was attending us. If the employees don’t want to come out in the rain, much less us And like I stated We go through the drive-through for convenience, but this was the worst service ever I’ve encountered. Overall skip this Wendy’s is you can, not worth the headache.

Ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit, I get home began to bite into it and it’s dry with no honey butter in sight. Disappointed.

I stopped at this Wendy’s because it’s off the 267 highway. I declined going through the drive-thru so I could get the full experience. Well, I was met by a person who did his best to understand what I was saying. I ordered the Baconator combo with a large drink. It was expensive, to say the least, because I ordered the double burger, fries, and a large drink. I decided to eat in because there were two other customers eating in. I sat down to eat my burger only to be disappointed. The burgers were overcooked, and the bacon was as hard as a leatherback belt. I was very disappointed that I received a burger that should have been thrown out like other restaurants do when the food expires. The pictures soak for themselves. In addition, there was a preschool child playing hide and seek and making faces at me. I guess school was closed or something, but it was annoying that a child of an employee be permitted to misbehave as people are trying to eat. Anyway, the food was outright unsatisfactory, and the atmosphere was a playground for a child who was left unsupervised by his parent. In addition, there was a seat that was ripped, which didn’t look recent, but it was not repaired. From my position, it was an eye sore because it was in my direction. I couldn’t change my seat because the chair was missing. I think it’s clear I won’t visit this location again because it’s not operationally sound with respect to the food, customer communications, and very laxed dining area. I did have done the drive-thru and avoided my disappointment. If you go here I hope you have a better experience and well-prepared food.

The night staff are horrible
I came to order on 9/18/25 at 10:40 and when I reached the menu area at the drive through the staff refused to give me Time to decide what to order they kept telling me I must leave the drive through and come back when I decide even though there were no cars and I didn’t even take longer then two minutes when I started ordering she took one of my orders and then turned off the mic I tried to talk to her but no one was answering when I pulled up to the window the guy was so rude and totally dismissed my problem and said it’s not their fault and that I should have decided what I wanted to order before I reached the menu. One of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to!! Don’t go !!

This location is THE STINGIEST that I’ve ever been to, not just for a Wendy’s restaurant but across any restaurant chain. I was willing to overlook the rude interaction that I had while trying to check in for pick up of my mobile order but the escalation over the sauce forced me to park and write this review in the parking lot.
I ordered a sandwich and two sets of nuggets, all of which came with 1 or two sauce packets. I requested them on my mobile order and was still only given ONE sauce packet to split between 20 nuggets and a sandwich. I had to ask multiple times for the sauce that came with my order and the cashier even brought the manager over to argue with me about why one sauce packet should be enough.
I eventually got one additional sauce packet and I suspect it was only because a line was forming in the drive through. If each item I add, asks which sauce I want- then I should get the number of sauces indicated without having to argue or be charged an additional fee. It’s not unreasonable to want more than a single sauce packet for multiple food items.
Absolutely wild.

Very clean with some nice decorations. There were even some cute Halloween decorations. It felt like the staff took pride in their work. The food was… Well, Wendy’s. But the establishment felt nicer than a typical Wendy’s.
