I just think that everyone should be aware of the scam this bar has gong on. If you have more than 6 people sitting at your table regardless if you have service or not and you run a tab at the bar they automatically add on a 20% tip!!!! Not one time did the servers come to our table to take our drink orders and they added a 20% tip to our total. We went to the bar each time to get our drinks and even carried our own glasses and pitchers for the beer and cocktails we purchased. I am normally a really good tipper, but do I think a server should automatically get 20%, absolutely not, it should be earned!! Were they friendly yes, but besides putting liquid in a pitcher or glass we did all the “serving” work. Never have I ever heard of a BAR charging an automatic tip to my bill. Also be aware they charge a surcharge as well. What that is for who knows… they just do. The sad part is we probably would have tipped more, but since they expected we did not.

If you like being robbed then this is the place to go. I had 4 drinks and bought 2 more for some guys, 6 drinks in total, and a hot dog. The drinks were five (well liquor) Moscow Mules and a beer. When the owner gave me my receipt (open tab) it had 8 drinks on it (2 added that I did not purchase) and the receipt was for 205 dollars! 205 divided by 8 is 25 dollars and some change. Even if I did order 8 drinks (which I did not) he charged me an outrageous 25 dollars per drink, even the beer! When I confronted him about it, he just kicked me out of the bar, just like any guilty person would do when avoiding accountability. He didn’t even take the receipt and look at it to see if he made a mistake. The owner of this establishment is a fraudulent liar and a thief. Again, do not step foot in this bar, unless you enjoy being robbed. Just read the other multiple 1 star reviews. The owner has no shame and will continue to disrespect and rob the people of Woodinville.

Great food and drinks. Drinks are a little pricey but definitely worth it. The smoked meatloaf is amazing. Server was extremely attentive. Darts and jukebox. Was actually pretty slow for a Sunday afternoon (Fathers day)

Great spot to watch a game! Tons of TVs, a fun atmosphere, and friendly service. The drinks were cold, the food was solid (especially the wings). Definitely a place I’d come back to for game day.

This place does not accept vertical IDs even if you are 21. However they do let in underage people with fake IDs. I was rejected because I have a vertical ID and I am actually 21, then I look inside and I see people who are younger than 21 in the bar (19-20 year olds). I know for a fact these kids were this age because I know them from my hometown. They claim they do not accept vertical IDs because they are “fake” but then let in underage people! Doesn’t make sense though, what kind of person would get a fake ID and make it vertical???? that actually makes no sense to me and from reading other reviews, looks like they need to change their policy. Its common sense, especially in WA no one is going to get a vertical fake ID, and it is not a law here to have a horizontal ID. The owner should spend more time trying to catch underage people instead of harassing people who are actually 21 and treating them in such a rude manner. If you want to reject someone fine, but at least have the human decency to treat them with kindness instead of snapping at them and giving snarky comments. I have multiple witnesses of this and my whole group was in disbelief of how rude the owner was acting.
Edit: I think its extremely disrespectful to say I am coming for you and your family. You are saying my facts are wrong, I have a group of over 5 people who saw with their own eyes multiple kids under the age of 21 in Rooneys. So, my facts are not wrong and you know it. “Be an adult, get the correct ID”, in WA state, no where does it say that after 21 you must get a horizontal ID so your facts are wrong. Having a vertical ID does not mean having the wrong ID, it is ridiculous for you to say that. My group was nothing but respectful, so you cannot justify being aggressive towards us. Be an adult, own up to your mistakes, stop replying to every bad review saying that the review is a lie that is so immature. You can either learn to take criticism, or continue allowing underage people into you bar. Do not say my facts are wrong, because I have a whole list of people including myself who saw multiple underage people enter.

Honestly, been coming here for years and used to love the bartenders here. However, over the last couple years dealt with a bartender named Kevin and I hate to bad mouth anyone, but he is so extremely rude and mean, it makes me not want to ever come back here. He’s very temperamental and acts like he owns the place when he suddenly goes into power trip mode. Watched this happen on plenty of occasions and unfortunately I am not the only woodinville native who feels this way. Rooneys is losing and will continue to lose business to other bars like Cookhouse. Their only plus is they have pool, but im not sure that’s enough these days.
**Update: So the “owner” told me I could come back in, but Kevin kicked me out tonight, again acting like he owned the bar. If I was the owner, id fire him plain and simple. He pretends like he has stake in the bar yet he is literally just a bartender.

Doesn’t look like it would be this big and a little “dive bar” feel from the outside but go in, and wow. Nice place. Server was awesome. Great food with large portions. Price point for what you get I feel a little lower than other bars these days. Lots of TV’s for sports. Got some dart boards and pool tables to work off some of that beer and( food. Cute little shuffleboard which you don’t see much anymore.
Good sized place, lots of room. Chill vibes. What’s more to ask?
