I had an online order. Came in to pick it up, its ready and on the take out rack—3 women were up front and none of them acknowledged me for a solid 3 or so minutes. The one that finally does acknowledge my existence goes “Did you need something??”
Like no I’m just standing here for fun…
Customer service needs work, but it’s tacobell, so I never expect too much.
I get home with my food and notice none of the sauces I ordered are in the bag AND the upgrade to my burrito that I PAID FOR wasn’t even done (chicken instead of beef).
I wouldn’t even be upset if it were busy, but when I got there I was the only one inside, and there was only 2 people in the drive thru…so it doesnt make any sense why I was outright ignored and my order is wrong.

Ordered a chicken gordita. Order was taken correctly however when I got home it was beef not chicken. Had to drive all the way back to get correct item. I told them I was unhappy and nothing was offered to me for my inconvenience!

I ordered delivery and 2 burritos were supposed to be extra beef and neither were we also were supposed to have rice on 2 burritos and also didn’t have any rice. All 3 of our regular hard tacos were supposed to be supreme Doritos tacos and neither of them were. This is ridiculous. I work in the food industry it shouldn’t be this hard to look at the screen correctly…$60 just to have the whole order wrong…

26$ for a 1 small burrito 1 quesadilla, 2 small tacos, wow these corporations get more greedy by the minute. Squeezing the consumer for every single penny they can get out of us , owners of Taco Bell ought to be ashamed of themselves for the price gauging and predatory prices for such a small amount of food, may god see these greedy corporations who profit from inflation for who they truly are

I have now waited over 20 minutes for my food. I was told to drive around and then was forgotten about. Then went and asked and have waited another 5 and am still waiting. This is absurd and by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a taco bell. I hope someone from corporate reads this. Something needs to be done.

Wow! What a great new design for Taco Bell. It looks a lot better from previous buildings. They have plenty of seating inside as well as outside. They have a drive-thru as well as plenty of parking.

Just leaving there my daughter wanted the fiesta potato bowl and she took one bite and started to gag. Ran to sink to spit out it was black with fuzz on it , she still has the nasty taste after washing her mouth out several times . Called the store to have a bunch young kids cursing in background and after he was rude to me hung up on me ! And this morning I did reach out to the Store manager Michelle she was very nice and I feel like she will do what needs to be done to resolve the situation so this won’t happen again !Thank you Michelle
