Advice to others: Please be cautious when making purchases here. Count your change carefully, and if you are ever shortened by the workers, make sure to report it immediately.
I’ve been a loyal customer here for over a year, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. I handed the cashier $40 for a total of $23, but she only gave me $2 back, insisting that I had only given her $25. I know for certain what I handed her, and when I asked them to review the cameras, they initially refused until l contacted the police to come out.
When they finally did show me footage, they only showed an angle where the cashier was blocked by a pole. There was a camera almost directly above us that would have clearly shown the transaction, but they refused to show that video and the officer said he couldn’t force them to show the video. When I asked for a manager, the foreign man at the window told me he did not know who the manager was and refused to provide any information.
This isn’t just a simple mistake — it feels like dishonesty and a lack of accountability. Ive supported this business for over a year, but after this experience, I no longer trust how they treat their customers.

Definitely worth the experience. You drive up, give payment and idea, and they bring out what you ask for. It’s mostly beer and some wine (no liquor).
The thing that really intrigued me were the mixed drinks. They have a bunch of funny named frozen cocktails. Just to be clear, it’s a take out service and against the law to drink it on their premises in your car.
Recommend the “smurf” drink 😉

Only reason I’m leaving a 3 star review is because I’ve in Crowley and I come to north side every other week and I like to get a drink to take home, well today I got 3 drinks with extra shot and didn’t taste it or feel it. I paid over 45 dollars I should get a lil buzz. Very disappointed about that because I usually have no problems. But the staff is always great even when busy.

Worst staff, drinks are heavily watered down, and my food tastes like it was sitting out. Not sure if the waitress was having a bad night or if she just might not need to be in customer service. 1 star is too generous

Not sure what is with all the negative comments on the girls, I’ve been coming to Cowboys for years and I’ve always had a great experience with the girls they’re nice and provide good customer service! I’ve always had a great experience my only complaint would be I did not taste the alcohol in the paloma they have, my only guess could be that I was served a single shot in a big styrofoam cup (I didn’t order extra shots) but the drink was still good. As a bartender I serve my singles in a short glass unless they ask for a single in a tall glass, and my doubles in a tall glass. Definitely not a deal breaker I’ll be sure to request a smaller cup or more shots next time!

I would never visit this location. The costumer service is horrible! If using cash here or card be sure to record yourself as you are paying because they are known for not giving the appropriate cash back after you have purchased something. Very sketch business!

The girls are rude and clueless. My man wanted to order a drink and this girl was acting like she didnt know Spanish until i asked her then she said yes. Next time we came I had my ID and the girl said sorry i cant like GIRL what?? So clueless.
