My friends highly recommended this place so I went for a 4 course meal/brewery event. My experience exceeded my expectations. A brief description for each course and beer was done as they were placed in front of us by the executive chef and brewer. Each course was beautifully plated and so delicious. Dishes ranged from crabcake with a basil aioli that I cleaned off my plate to a succulent duck breast nestled on top of heirloom rice. I also had a clam spaghetti dish that was so delicately balanced with garlic to perfection. The dinner ended with the most delicious creme broulee I have tasted. What a wonderful experience with excellent food, beautiful restaurant, and fantastic customer service. I can’t wait to return.

This beautifully restored restaurant, attention to detail, amazing presentation of food and the staff has to be experienced. The owner/chef welcomed us and visited our table more than once to ensure we were fully satisfied. The staff was very attentive but not suffocating. The portions were generous enough with fresh herbs that were an explosion of flavor on our palette. Parking was convenient and we were welcomed to have s’mores at the fire pit on the garden patio at the conclusion of our culinary excursion. We can’t wait to return, truly a fantastic experience.

All three elements hit the mark here. Music/ambiance is boisterous and fun making for a great evening with friends. Service was stellar. Great recommendations and tempo to the night. As for the food, we tried almost everything and it was all great. It was also very varied and not one note. Bunch of different experiences and favors. Cocktails were interesting and old school at the same time.
Highly recommend!!

We we’re totally impressed with this great spot on the Byram/PC border. We frequented this 40 years ago as teenagers when it was the Roman inn! Food was sensational, try the striped bass on a bed of spinach and crispy mushrooms; and the best grilled lamb you’ve never had! Eat at the bar, the back room lacks ambiance. Outdoor seating with a fire pit is a nice touch for a cool fall night. Great alternative to Greenwich same old. You’ll be amazed at this great find!

Service was nice, but you may need to push a little for a spot. The mushroom flatbread was good. I would try another flatbread or a meal in future. The bread offered was awesome and fun and different. The drinks were delicious and expensive. The bar was packed to capacity. I would go back.

The food was great! Better than anything you can get on Greenwich Avenue at about the same price. The service was attentive without being over my shoulder all nighr. The only reason I cannot give it five stars was because it was cold in the dining room. Pretty much everyone ate dinner in there jackets.

My wife and I had an excellent meal, but when asked to get dessert to go, we were left with a crumbled, incomplete, sorry excuse for $8 of nothing…

Beautiful garden patio here at Mill Street, although the inside is also just as nice. Reservations are a must, as this restaurant does get busy. Do make sure to try the seafood and shellfish options, especially the local (from Greenwich) Stella Mar oysters. The flatbreads and burgers, also, aren’t to be missed.
