This is my go-to location every Saturday morning because my special-needs child loves the nacho fries with extra seasoning, and the usual staff is always friendly and respectful. But today, during a Sunday visit, we ran into drive through and a new lady named Maria. I’ve never seen her before, and she was extremely rude. She acted like she owned the place, didn’t care about customer requests, and had a hard time listening to anything we said. Her attitude came off as “I don’t care,” and it completely ruined the experience.

TBell is one of my go-to’s and all else is usually good. But honestly, $6 for this? We’ve gotten these(cheesy street chalupas) before and looked just fine, but this is just straight disappointing. Not sure what’s going on or if this is the new standard but I hope this gets addressed. Doesn’t look anywhere close to similar than the pics advertised. $3/ea chalupa for these? What am I actually paying for?

Absolutely the worst service through the drive-thru first the person drops my soda out the window because she wasn’t looking I looked at her said seriously she said yeah you should park closer I repeatedly myself and said seriously and she smirked and shook her head. Then when she went to give me my food I had to catch it because it was sliding off the box .
I left took a sip of my soda and its not even cherry pepsi …go back thru drive thru and tell the girl which is different now that this isnt what I ordered and she goes to hand me another drink which is still not what I ordered but she has the same attitude as the first person.
Horrible customer service I will never return especially to be treated and talked to that way

I just had the worst experience at this Taco Bell. The girl who handed me my food had such a bad attitude. I still kept my peace because, as someone who works in retail, I understand how stressful work can get. But the way she acted was uncalled for.
I didn’t get any sauces with my order, so I kindly asked for some. She basically threw them at me. I ordered food for my whole family and she only handed me about three sauces. When I waited and asked if I could please get more, she responded with “omg,” rolled her eyes, and acted like I was bothering her.
I completely understand that the job can be stressful, but that doesn’t give anyone the right to treat customers that way. Very disappointing experience.

A Five-Star Restroom Experience
I can’t speak for the food, but this Taco Bell earns five stars for its restroom. After a morning fueled by way too much coffee, I found myself in a dire situation, and this place happened to be right on my path.
Without much thought (or asking, to be honest), I rushed inside and headed straight to the restroom. To my surprise, it was incredibly clean, smelled nice, and had everything stocked. Honestly, it felt like a little oasis in my caffeine-induced chaos.
So, while I didn’t order a burrito or even a soda, I walked out feeling grateful and much lighter (literally). Thank you, Taco Bell team, for maintaining such a pristine restroom. I hope this is not considered tresspassing, i am a regular at another location.

Fast service. You can order from the two kiosks. I ordered the deluxe cravings box plus 1 beefy melt burrito. Deluxe cravings box comes with nacho fries, chalupa chicken supreme, beefy 5 layer burrito, nacho cheese doritos, and fountain drink. Everything was good. Chicken in chalupa could have been cooked a little bit longer.

Visited 03/17/25. Chalupa shell was NOT fried. I love chalupa’s and was so disappointed to open my favorite item. It wasn’t fried…AT ALL. I have been ordering this item for more than 20 years. I don’t know how such a crucial step was missed. If I wanted a gordita, I would have ordered. I couldn’t even finish it. Check your food before leaving the store.

Never had any issues but they forgot the sauces I asked!!!! AND NAPKINS….. No biggie but next I will check my bag before I leave.
Edit: anyone that goes to the drive thru make sure you’re getting your stuff because it seems they always forget something. Everytime I go to drive thru they keep forgetting my damn sauces. I get it it’s busy but they need to make sure they have everything before handing the food out.

Only two people are working in rush hour. They need to increase working staff. Lots of people waiting more then 30 min. Very disappointed

Everytime I order they never add sauce. Like the generic sauce that comes with every meal. When I go thru drive thru they add UNGODLY amounts of unnecessary sauce but when I paid for it delivered. TRASH. ALSO the sauces I pay for and change for my meal are never updated and changed. I constantly have delivery issues with this store.
