Wouldn’t give me my order bc I didn’t have the code. Even though I showed her the order on my app and how it didn’t give me a code! Then instead of getting the manager, she went back to the drive thru and then helped everyone behind me. I had to wait for the manager to pop by to get help. The cheesebread had no seasoning and the cheese/pepperoni had fallen off the pizza and the cheese pizza was old. The manager did fix the stix but the cashier ladys attitude made it where I’ll never come back.

Went to go pick up my order order was messed up stuffed crust pizza with blown out crust. Pizza wasn’t cut tried to call the store. Nobody answered Had to drive back then wait another 15 minutes not my first time having this experience at this location. Drive another 10 minutes to a different one. Id like to share my experience with corporate but because their app is so bad, I guess I’ll air my grievance here.
I placed my order at 12:51PM for carryout between 5:45PM and 5:55PM. Nothing crazy: two pizzas and two crazy puffs. I arrived at 5:45PM expecting to wait a few minutes. When I walked in at about 5:50PM, my pickup code didnt work so I asked the front desk worker. He said it’d be another 20-30 minutes because they’re really behind.
Ok, not trying to cause a scene I said “got it, no problem,” and walked out to my car. I walked back in 25 minutes later and the front desk employee was running around like a crazy person. He was also doing a really good job covering down for 3 different jobs. I eventually got my order. I dont know where the manager was, because it was clear as damn day none was present the entirety of 9 Jan 2026. I don’t know how my order placed 4 hours prior just… wasn’t completed on time unless there was no one to prioritize.

I have been going to this location since 2016 when I moved to Georgia and even through the Covid-19 pandemic. This company has been innovative and changing up and adding to their menu and exceeding expectations even in the hardest of times. You have been there for us the customer even when times were difficult. Delivery has been fast and efficient and great delivery drivers Stacy to name the one I had tonight. I have had such a great experience with this location that I refuse to order from anywhere else. The pizza and quality is better than Pizza Hut and dominoes or any other pizza place combined. Keep it up everyone that works there you are helping people that can’t leave their homes you are feeding healthcare workers, social workers, teachers, police officers, firefighters, Walmart employees you are helping people from all over the place. You are feeding families and keeping families closer together that are able to eat at home and have another meal and eat dinner thanks to all of you.
I really appreciate it me, my fiancé and our newborn daughter. Thank you for being there for us when we needed you the most.

Someone stole our order from pick up portal and we had to wait an hour AFTER we were told to call Door Dash who took it … but we ordered from Little Caesars website NOT Door dash. We get the 4 pizzas home an they are not only thrown haphazardly an look a hot mess but the deep dish is flat out raw inside – After they made us wait there an hour for a replacement order.

The problem was recognized and acknowledged by 5:30 and order not run an handed until 6:30 for a 4:10 order.

Not happy about the service here at all. The cashier just complained about everything. Then had to wait 15 minutes for chicken wings. The cashier handed me a buzzard, not sure why then she complained some more about nothing being ready when she started work. Sat in my car for 15 minutes and no buzzard went off. Drive back up to the window and still had to wait 5 more minutes. Cashier not friendly but loves to complain.
