Service has been atrocious every time we’ve been there (20+ minutes to get everyone’s food). The last visit is what made it so we will never be back. The roast beef was absolutely disgusting. It looked nothing like the normal roast beef, was thick and the texture was disgusting. The taste was even worse. Neither myself or my daughter ate more than a bite because it was actually inedible.

Delicious BBQ brisket. Friendly, upbeat staff.
Inside the restaurant it was impeccably clean & vibrant. The Ladies room was sparkling. Not sure if this location in Harrisburg is new, however it sure looked it.
Well manicured landscaping & the parking lot was also clean.
More importantly, the Service was great.
No mistakes like other chains.

Oct 2025 – Sandwich is good. Mac-n-cheese ain’t worth 3.99. See picture. Not much in the container.
Won’t buy again.
Apr 2025 – went thru drive-thru for a Roast Beef sandwich and Rueben. Service was great. Food excellent. They were both filled with meat and delicious. We’ll be back again.
Mar 2024 – 1st time I’ve tried a burger from Arby’s. Was in drive-thru. Got the deluxe combo with crinkle fries and medium drink. $12.19 with tax. Seemed a bit expensive. Since I got it to-go and it would have been a bit difficult to eat driving down the road. I decided to pull into a parking space. Came wrapped in Arby’s aluminum foil wrapper, which helped “keep it together”. It looked like it was “slapped together”, compared to prepared “with care”. The burger taste was good, fries were hot and fresh. Not sure why but the drink was filled to within an inch of the top. Considering what I paid, should have been filled to the top.
I’d recommend trying it.

Food was good, but the drive thru service was slow. Drive thru took way too long (10 minutes) for a non- peak time. Maybe will go inside the next time to see if waiting time for food order is better.

I ordered the three piece hushpuppie fish sticks meal. It cost a little over $8. This picture is what was in the box. I didn’t take a picture of my husband’s meal but he got a #6 meal. The meal on the left is the small and the meal on the right is the medium. I thought ordering medium would get me larger fish sticks but, it just got me more fries. Wonk wonk.

Order thru uberEats, every other fast food restaurant seems to not been able to fulfill an order but Arbys did it. Hot fresh food , no items were missing and everything sealed . Awesome job!! Will be ordering from here more!
