This Sonic is a joke. Literally two cars except employees and still waited for 17 minutes with the red button initiated before I just left being acknowledged. When I rounded the building three female employees were outside in the drive through. 9:26 pm today. Absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered at 5:46 finally got the first half of my order at 6:20. All the food was cold. At 6:27 they brought my wacky pack kids meal. The last part of my order came out at 6:34. Completely unacceptable. 12 minutes shy of an hour for half assed cold food. Do better kaufman sonic

Waited 15 min for disappointment sandwich. I ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon and the chicken was absolutely horrible. Was majority of just breading and most of the chicken that WAS there was overcooked and super crispy There was about half the patty was straight breading. Paid $6.50 for garbage.

Arrived at 11:45 am on a Sunday, only 3 cars there total, menus went working started to leave, someone finally came out to take our order, Ordered two drinks, after 10 minutes of waiting finally had to get out and walk up to window to ask for our drinks. Way too long for two drinks!
