My experience has been extremely pleasant Over the numerous of time I have visited. the staff are very welcoming and provided great customer service experience , especially Kiyerra , she exhibit a true leadership row . The place is kept neat and clean, and the food is always made hot and ready.. would recommend a 10 out of 10 dine , Take out or Delivery facility.

Ok Covid is ver much alive . If you needs some gloves donated I got you. No one at the counter, staff sitting in the back on cell phones. I called the store to get someone up front, and the staff wants to get an attitude. There was more than just me in line. My intentions where not to be rude. I have to work for living and run a tight schedule, I just want to pay for a quick lunch and not deal with nonsense.

The manager here is very rude and unprofessional. He talked to the young workers as if they weren’t human beings. When another lady stood up for the workers he argued with her. This was in front of a lot customers. He shouldn’t be talking to people the way that he does! I thought he was going to fight the woman smh! I believe his name is Larry. Do not let your teenagers work here!

The (morning) workers have a terrible attitude. Extremely rude, and seemingly always on the phone, even as they’re serving customers! I’d give them 2 stars for the food being good, but their people skills are complete trash. Doesn’t matter if you’re in a basic training environment, treat people with respect.

Totally messed up my order. Only wanted oil and vinegar as condiments. Had no oil and vinegar but instead globs of mayonnaise. Only one kind of bread available and soda fountain was down. I understand food shortages, but not completely making the sandwich wrong.

The morning lady, Kee. Has a tattoo on her right wrist that says something along the lines of “Shanice”
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. She doesn’t greet you when walking up to the store, even when she was greeted first. She does all her work first before helping the customer(bread, cash register, paperwork, cookies). She doesn’t ask what you would like she just walks up to the counter and stares at you. She won’t speak clearly or loudly. After she toasted my sandwich she set it on the counter and then continued to just stare at me. Not saying a word…. I legit just wanted to see how long she would go staring at me so we sat there in silence for at least five seconds before I told her what vegatables I wanted on my delicious tasty sub seeing that I had to get to work on time….. So I’ve almost completely made my sub and this lady, Kee, has yet to tell me a single word in her dirty stained subway shirt. I cash out. Hop in the car and drive to work to begin my busy wonderful day. As I get to my place of work and unwrap my gourmet breakfast…she put the wrong sauce on it. Instead of Chipotle southwest she poured hot spicy siracha all over it….Thank you Kee for making my morning suck. Won’t be going back.
