Maddie took my order, super sweet young girl and the gentleman Nate that handed me my food kindly, with a big smile and to the chef chef I did not get his name(sorry) the special request he nailed it with a smile on his face, and I’m a Tokyo Joe’s junkies so that’s my new spot. We drop in at the S. Broadway and Highlands Ranch Pkwy. location 2-3 times a month, and have never been disappointed. The food is always good and freshly prepared. We love the bowls, especially the build-your-own option. I don’t like onions—often difficult to avoid, so I appreciate the ability to choose a meal without having to fight that. And the peanut sauce is wonderful! We also have eaten the potstickers, several kinds of sushi, spring rolls, and poke. Everything has been delicious, with nothing I wouldn’t enjoy eating again.
The staff is always friendly and accommodating. They greet us when we come in and we feel welcome, which isn’t always the case in the world of counter-service shops. The tables and drink areas are always clean, so we feel comfortable eating inside. The consistency at this shop is admirable and we wanted to thank the staff and managers there for doing a great job!

We have had nothing but fantastic experiences at Tokyo Joe’s in Highlands Ranch! The staff is super friendly and welcoming from the moment you walked in, and our orders come out quickly and exactly as requested. The food is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned — I especially loved the build-your-own bowl option and the delicious teriyaki sauce.
The restaurant is clean, bright, and has a relaxed atmosphere, making it a great spot for both a quick lunch or a casual dinner. You can really tell the team here takes pride in what they do. We will definitely be coming back soon!

I stop by here sometimes when I’m on that side of town. It’s clean and I’ve always had good service, even when they’re busy with a special or whatever. The food is good, and the staff is super patient and helpful when ordering different veggies in the bowls or recommending ways to reduce gluten (for an intolerance, not an allergy). I usually just get a teriyaki bowl with chicken, but it’s also good with tofu and the sesame salmon. Never have to wait too long for food. Everybody’s nice and efficient, but if Julie is working I know everything will be great and fun too!

The white chicken bowl was delicious as always and I loved the little snoopy art on my bowl lid, it was super cute! Don’t even get me started on the food placement, it looked like I stole it out of a commercial! 10 out of 10 for sure!!!
