I ordered a beef and cheddar. Very little cheddar and I had Arby’s sauce on it. I also ordered a apple turnover. And got a cherry one. I was already at home when I noticed all this. And they are 20 minutes away from me so I was not going back. The workers need to read the menus right and get the food correct.

The place was fairly okay for a sit down meal.
Didn’t really enjoy my order.
I was new to the place and due to the drive through, didn’t really get to have anyone instruct or direct.
It’s basically easy to figure out things when you just ask or wait for a while.

Tonight went thru drive thru with automated ordering. Ordered a french dip and swiss sandwich and two cherry turnovers. Automated ordering asked if I would like the meal so I said ok. Usually few more bucks for meal. When I got up to window my order was 18.00 and change. Automated ordering never read order back to me. So when I got home with my order no fries in my bag and turnovers were apple not cherry.
Even though my sandwich was good, it wasnt worth 18.00 and change when I got no fries and the wrong turnovers.
Lesson learned check order before pulling away. Would have gone back but had already drove home before I checked order and it’s a school night. uggg!!

5 stars for the employees who work the drive through. They are always friendly and easy to deal with. 3 stars because they have an automated ordering system for the drive through that gets my order wrong often

Cheese cups were less than 10 percent filled. More bun than meat on ham and swiss sandwiches. Feeling pretty ripped off. Payed 30 bucks and could have bought the same amount of food at a grocery for about 10. Shameful…

Wasn’t going to give many stars to Miamisburg Arby’s service for one simple reason. Got home and found out that they forgot my large fries order. But that was as much my fault as theirs. You should always check if you got everything before leaving drive thru at any place before leaving. That said, the food there has always been fresh and delicious, as far as I’m concerned. They open at 10 am and it’s a nice place to get fast food. All in all it’s pretty good!

The DT screen was broken. It kept flashing on and off and I couldn’t see the menu. I ordered my food and got to the window. The girl in the window had really long fingernails. Gross. I don’t want whatever she had under those things touching my food. I’m about 100% certain that there’s a health code violation happening there. Because she definitely touched the food when she was bagging it up. Also, it’s very expensive and my fries were only 3/4 full and old. Like they needed to drop fries but didn’t want to wait for them. I would have gladly pulled up to get the amount if fries I paid for. The best thing I got was the Mac and cheese balls. Zero complaints on them.

They use AI for ordering so you can’t make any changes before you get to the window. It also gives you the wrong total. It doesn’t speed up service, I waited forever to get the window. At the window I was not asked if I wanted sauce which they always do so I forgot to ask.
