High quality and fresh sushi at Unisushi! We ordered the Chula Vista roll, volcano roll, fat roll, eel handroll, spicy salmon handroll, and chicken katsu curry rice bowl. We definitely left stuffed. Excellent service. We sat on the dog friendly patio. Definitely recommend, great sushi spot in the area.

I absolutely loved this Katsu chicken curry, it’s always my go to. At this location, you’re definitely getting the quantity and quality that you pay for. The salmon teriyaki is also one of my favorites from here. The service was quick as I only waited a couple minutes for my food. I highly recommend!

Salmon was cooked tender and juicy;
Calamari was tender and crisp.
I only wish they’d be more specific of the ingredients per roll, for people who are glutten intolerant or have dietary restrictions.

I absolutely loved my meal. The hand roll special with three rolls were tasty and my katsu curry bowl tasted how the iconic Japanese curry I know and love should. Our server was great and everything came out quickly. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Exceptional food and great service at very reasonable prices. UniSushi is one of the best places I have been in Chula Vista. The seafood is so fresh that you feel it was caught in the morning and served in the afternoon. The owner came to our table a few times to ask if all was ok and the server did a fenomenal job. If your in the mood for Sushi this is the place to go!

My wife and I were looking for a sushi please to try and ended up at Unisushi located at the Chula Vista mall on Broadway. We decided to sit outside and ordered a couple of chicken teriyaki bentos and a couple of drinks. The food was delicious and fully enjoyed it. Service was fast and prices were a little bit high but with prices soaring high on almost everything these days is fully understandable. We will be back when in the area.
