The nacho bell grande had no sour cream or tomatoes or hardly ANY cheese. I’m so glad I got a nacho fries because I used the cheese cup for that on my nachos. We also ordered chicken nuggets for my daughter and there was NO CHICKEN on the inside?! Just breading! I don’t even know how that’s possible… will NOT ever eat at this location again. I’ll travel across town and eat at the other one in van Buren from now on. They always skimp on the toppings here. Need new management or something. Orders are always wrong as well.

Wonderful service that genuinely warmed my heart. I was having a HORRIBLE night and you could see it all over my face. The guy at the window was so kind to me and as I got home and went to absolutely my smash my chicken quesadilla (which was great btw), I see some coupons in my bag with little hearts on them. It’s the smallest, kindest gestures like this that really made me smile and showed how kindness works. Thank you, Taco Bell in VB connected to KFC. I hope y’all have a blessed and wonderful night like you helped me to do ❤️

I’ll be honest, this location usually forgets something in my order or skimps so severely on the ingredients that I hardly order here anymore. But hot damn if the food is as good as it was tonight (18 Jan, around 2300) and the service is as good as the crew on shift now, I’ll be coming by more often. This was the most ridiculous trip to ANY restaurant especially Taco bell I’ve ever experienced. Not only is this how it usually comes from this particular store, but ALL of these items were customized for extra everything. Had to wait to get my mobile order ahead of time just to get home and realize how bad I had been done. Drove back to the store and they weren’t going to let us into the lobby bc it was 1min after shutting the doors and I had to beg for the manager to come look at what I had been served. Not only did the employee’s have a major attitude over a genuine complaint but they argued w me that they had done no wrong. After 15mins of not looking at the mistakes made the manager took photos of the order to remake bc it ironically didn’t show up in the system? After remaking it the 1st time I checked the order to make sure it was correct. They forgot 3 different items and I had to go through drive thru for further help. They attempted to remake the mistakes and I checked to confirm it. They didn’t make it like I ordered it(chicken not beef) and again had to go through the drive thru. Argued about +20mins that this wasn’t even how anyone would want it or order it like it’s shown on the menu. Remade it finally and did the same thing. Went back through drive through for the 5th time and was at a loss for words at this point. After placing an order ahead it took 1hr 20mins before I had the correct order and was treated as if it were my fault for their mistakes. These are only a few photos I snapped due to sheer disbelief and disappointment. Pictures don’t do justice for the items I received. Never have I ever had any issues w any restaurant or fast food place especially Taco bell like this… Do yourself a favor and triple check your future orders when ordering at this location and don’t let the staff members belittle you like they attempt to do… How do you mess up an order when you have the photos for reference, not once or twice, but 5x wrong??? Apparently while most of us are out here struggling to make ends meet Taco bell is out here waiting food and inventory for the fun of it… still in shock and disbelief of how ridiculous I was treated this night…

Went through drive thru just now. Ordered a chicken chalupa Supreme, there is 3 SMALL pieces of chicken and looks like 2 even smaller scraps as shown in the picture. The actual chalupa shell was cold, like it was in the fridge and no tomatoes. I called and manager offered to replace it if I come back, but it should have been made correctly the 1st time. With gas prices no one wants to have to go back.

If I could give this taco bell no stars I would. We have ordered there twice now, EVERY TIME late at night or during the day, they always mess the order up AND HAVE NO MEAT ON ANYTHING. 1 single piece of chicken on my chicken chalupa and the shell was 100% raw not cooked. They replace meat with lettuce and tomato. Fill your drinks half way. Terrible service. NEVER GO HERE! Drive across town.

I’m not sure who you hired as the GM that changed everything…. but as a GM…. Who applied for the GM role at this location… he/she has made amazing strides in food quality and customer service. As Dustin was providing me with awesome service (above and beyond) in the drive thru… I saw 2 of your folks deck scrubbing the lobby. Good job all.. as a frequent customer…. I say KEEP IT UP! and thank you!
