Super yummy Afghan food and very affordable! I got the kabob combo with steak and chicken for around $20 during lunch, and it was so flavorful and filling. The owner (I think) was the nicest uncle ever — he even gave me free Afghan soup while I waited for my food. The chickpeas and salad on the side were fresh and tasty too.
The place itself is clean and cozy, just like the name says — literally a corner restaurant with a warm, welcoming vibe. Also, the owner speaks Spanish fluently which was so cool to see! Definitely coming back!

It was a wonderful moment when we were invited to a welcome lunch at this family-run Afghan restaurant. The welcome was warm, the hospitality excellent, and the smiles constant. The food was delicious, especially the grilled meats, and the restaurant had a charming, old-fashioned atmosphere reminiscent of Afghanistan. Thank you, my friends, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

If you haven’t visited Food Corner you need to. Tasty Kabobs and pastries. Various sides offered. Their combo dishes are out of this world. Mr. Najib the owner and his son greeted us with much love and hospitality. Lamb kabobs, beef kabobs, salmon and tilapia kabobs, chicken kabobs. This place is a must visit!!!

First time come here, Massr is super friendly and kind, you feel like you’re their family members over here. I ordered Lamb chop kabob with Baklava, I think the lamb chop is the best among those kabob restaurants in NOVA. You will like their bread if you like hard food. Parking is kind of hard, I recommend to park in the K mart parking lot. Definitely will come back again!

The food: phenomenal. I’ve frequented the restaurant a few times in the short time I found them and everything I’ve had is SEASONED to perfection. I’ve had the chicken, beef, and lamb kabobs. Whichever meat you prefer to eat, choose that! Cant go wrong with any of their kabobs. I had a dish with meat sauce and rice, and a few different sides. My favorite side are the potatoes. Those potatoes are made with love!
Overall, if you’re thinking about trying this place out, go for it!! If you don’t know what to try, just ask them!

The best of the best of all kabobs in town. Truly authentic, tasty, and affordable menu prices. The owner is the cherry on top with his warm welcome, generosity, and hospitality. Been coming here for ages and still do and the quality of food never fails. My favorite is their triple crown salad – a must try. Highly recommend this joint.

A small unassuming restaurant that you will want to come back to. A friend of mine brought me here as she had been to other restaurants by the same owners. The gentleman serving us was super outgoing and helped answer all of our questions. He was there because he enjoyed what he did and you could tell. Every customer that came in was treated like family. There was a steady stream of customers during our several hours there chatting. I wish I lived closer to it so I come eat there more often. The guro platter was excellent, the soup was hearty and full of noodles and meat, it was all around a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic kabobs or gyros.

Best kabobs around, and the sides are just as good. If you have an opportunity to try some of their homemade chicken soup, do have some! I like their chicken kabobs and kabob salad (cobb salad on the menu). I have been coming here for years and haven’t found anything I didn’t like. Seriously, go to here.

If you can only go to one place in Annandale, go here. This place is exceptional in every sense. The owners and everyone there “gets” customer service more than any other place I’ve been to in years, anywhere. And the food is AMAZING! My brother first brought me here when I first came to the area, and I can now say that I am a die hard regular. They aren’t just nice, they are GENUINELY nice… it’s not an act. They truly care about their business and your experience in their restaurant. My original review idea was just to write about the details of the food and my visit, but I decided to just speak more generally about it because it is truly exceptional in every way. You just have to experience it for yourself. Yesterday I had the shrimp and steak kabob, but everything I’ve had so far is outstanding (including the DELICIOUS soup they provide while waiting for your meal), and I seriously have a difficult time determining which is better… the food or the customer experience. Every customer who came in during my visits is always treated in the same manner, and every one walks out with a big smile and feeling appreciated. Just go. TRUST ME! If you go, you will become a regular.
