The staff are all very friendly and we were greeted right away. The root beer float was overflowing down the cup and into the counter for me to clean up…the Large order of cheese curds that cost $10.**, was very disappointing. The amount if cheese curds I was given certainly did not warrant that price for them.

ordered drive-thru service and it took 2 minutes to be greeted, once we were greeted the worker had said “yeah i was about to clock out, but whatever, what can i get you?” and then after placing the order, as we approached the window, the worker did not say a work to us through the entire transaction. very poor customer service and just sad behavior towards others. he had glasses, a mustache, and a poopy attitude. never again a&w. never again!

Food was great, only one poor soul running the counter and drive thru, but she was a hard working woman. Shame on the owner of this restaurant. I up graded my meal to cheese curds, it was a $8 dollar upcharge!

We just had some ice cream and a root beer float. There were a couple families here having a good time. The lady behind the counter was really sweet and helpful. They are short handed but service was fine.

Always satisfied with an amazing A&W burger. While it takes a little longer than other chain fast food restaurants, it’s always worth it. I got the double bacon deluxe burger and my SO got the Papa burger.

We ordered 2 Double Papa burger combos. The lady at the drive through asked us to park in one of the spaces on the left to wait for our food. After waiting 20 minutes, I walked to check on our order. Imagine my surprise when the lady said have you been outside waiting? I said yes. I asked if our order was ready? She said it just came up. Your order got bumped so we didn’t see it. She asked if our burgers were without tomato/lettuce? I said yes for the one order. I said, let me guess, the order is not right. She said no it’s not. I told her I wanted a refund. The man running the inside cash register gave someone a refund. The last 4 digits on the refund receipt did not include even 1 of the digits from our debit card. Luckily, my wife compared the receipts before we left town. I went back in the store for a third time, showed the receipts to the man at the cash register. He said I’m confused. I said I ‘m confused too!
I asked to see the owner. He told me there had been new owners for about 1 1/2 years. I told him I wanted a cash refund which he gave me. We wasted 45 minutes of our evening, and we got was 2 root beers and very frustrated! We will not be going back.

It’s AW it’s good for fast food if there isn’t another option restaurant wise people are friendly but same price as a full sit down restaurant can’t do anything about that at the employee level but overall not a bad place burger was good
