This location will straight up lie to you, my Domino’s tracker said that it was complete, but when I arrived to the store, *The manager who you see in the photo *told me they haven’t gotten started on my order . I’ve asked her than why is it updated completed on my app than . No one couldn’t answer that golden question. No apologies or nothing Just a blank stare while she laugh and speak Haitian Creole to her co workers. I’ll also like to mention the didn’t use clothes when making the pizza and she use that same hands to touch the dirty computer mouse.

Beware! DO NOT order from here even if you tip they give bad service. I order 2 Hours ago and still waiting for my delivery right now as I write this review! I called the store and asked the status and She caught an attitude with me and Hung up on my face! John the delivery guy was great smiled gave me everything and asked was anything missing thank you John for being a great delivery guy . Food was mid lacked loved pizza was a bit over cooked and dry wings didn’t have a lot of sauce on them. After spending 83 plus tip you’d think it would have been made with love it definitely tasted rushed and not cared for attention to detail is a must .

My family and I were very disappointed with our experience on Christmas Eve. My uncle ordered two large pizzas (one pepperoni and one sausage & mushroom) for about $27 plus tax, and his debit card was charged right away.
The delivery arrived almost 30 minutes later than the estimated time, and when it finally showed up, we were given two plain cheese pizzas instead of what we ordered. On top of that, the pizzas were cold, dry, and had very little cheese.
This was especially frustrating since it was Christmas Eve and the order was meant for the whole family. Overall, very poor service and quality.

Placed an order on Uber Eats delivery we waited an hour and no food was delivered. We’re waiting outside. We call and they say “ We don’t see your order” then they changed their mind. “ oh it’s coming.” We waited and waited. We drive up to the store and The store manager Alene Petitde is a rude store manager who doesn’t know what she’s doing. She has the nasty attitude towards customers yet an employee found the order the store manager went to go run and hide in the back she never came back out because she knew she did entirely way too much and not only that but they delivered the food to the wrong house the employee took a picture of the wrong house and all of them looked speechless. They’re rude while being wrong. The store manager is just a horrible bitter woman. I don’t know how they haven’t had any consequences. This place is horrible and unsanitary

I had the worst experience ever!! I’ve waited 40 minutes to almost an hour after my domino tracker said it was ready! This place is ridiculous and unprofessional! Not only the costumer service was terrible I got half of my order wrong! And note they didn’t have a policy sign saying they don’t accept 100 dollars bills the employee literally grabbed it from under the counter I had to leave and come back after waiting forever to pay for the food! Never again will I be coming back!

It’s incredibly frustrating to see such complete lack of responsibility and customer service. I received no response, no solution, and no acknowledgment of the problem. This kind of service is outrageous and shows total disrespect toward customers. I will never order from this place again and strongly advise others to stay away.

I’ve always wondered why the big Domino’s sign is never illuminated at night. It’s very possible that the staff member who attended to me was not listening to anything or engaged in a phone call with her large Beats by Dre headphones on, but I suspect my voice wasn’t louder than the headphones. Maybe she’s the franchise owner because I couldn’t imagine getting away with that during my cashier days.
The pizza was ready when I arrived and tasted great. Unfortunately, I guess they ran out of the spices that they use to coat the crust – my crust was plain.
I’ll go back for a large when it’s $6.99, but considering the multitude of competitors nearby, I don’t know that I’m excited to pay more anytime soon.
