I must tell everyone that if you have not tried this amazing Yellow Taco Truck (Pollos Asados) off of highway 3, you are missing out on some incredible food!!! The staff is amazing, especially Bianca and America. The service is exceptional, the prices are definitely reasonable (you get lots for your money for sure) and seriously one of absolute BEST places I’ve ever had the pleasure of finding and loving. My husband has Stage 4 Cancer so his taste buds go wacky sometimes, BUT…… he’ll ALWAYS say “how about Fajitas”!!! Of course I know what he means. Everything I’ve bought so far has been great! It has been fresh, moist, well seasoned. The tortillas that come with the chicken are a little thick for my taste, otherwise, everything has been delicious! I will continue to support this new business and can’t wait to try the rest!

I’ve lived near here and was so excited to see them open up! I FINALLY got some chicken from them and it was the best chicken I’ve ever tasted! My kids loved the beans and rice! The salsa was flavorful! And I Loved the onions and jalapenos they added!!
