Just went inside and was genuinely surprised with my experience. I never expect great service at fast food restaurants since most employees are just trying to get by but they were very nice here. My order was taken right away and the worker was very polite. My food came out before I even finished filling my drink! Everything was made accurately which was good because I do lots of customizations. Only downside is the bathrooms are not great but that seems to be a pluming issue as the sink barely had pressure and didn’t drain fast so I doubt much can be done about that at a store level.

Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, with fries, and Pepsi. Bread was hard on ends, chicken very dry, and the fries must have been salted twice. Plus no napkins in bag. This was at the drive thru 2/14 @ 1:10pm or so. Owners should be very concerned

This loc sucks. Never coming again. Hella sloppy work. Missing items, and everything else is stale or tiny. So disappointing and frustrating. After coming back twice, I asked for my money instead of remaking, went to the fredrickson loc. Everything was perfect from there. So literally THIS location sucks.

I never really get fast food but I saw Taco Bell had the queserito back for a limited time and that was my favorite item years ago, so I swung around to this location because it was the closest to me. Not sure if it is just this location, but the queseritos were terrible. They were tiny, barely any cheese in the outside tortilla, and the entire burrito was just mainly tortilla in general. All of that, and factor in its way more expensive than before. Major disappointment. I haven’t gotten Taco Bell since they removed the queserito until now and it looks like that will be the last time I ever have Taco Bell.

Ordered 5 extra cheeses for our chips and the girl was annoyed and rude to us the entire time she called my boyfriend “cheese man” and was condescending about our order constantly mocking us for our cheeses for no reason we were very nice she had no reason to judge us/ be rude based on our order. she works at a fast food place people are gonna order out of the ordinary things sometimes

Walked into the Taco Bell/Kentucky Fried Chicken in the Fred Meyer area off of 176th & Meridian for a quick dinner tonight to ALL THE LOBBY LIGHTS OFF!!! Chairs up like they were closed…at 7:30 at night! But then I read the sign….drive thru customers take priority over walk in customers!! What in the world is wrong with good customer service????? I’m a business owner and if I pulled this on my customers, I would be out of business!! Apparently they don’t want people to come in the restaurant anymore. Why don’t they just lock the door and say it!!!

Came here to order a to go meal. I didnt want to use the drive through because it can be complicated. Its easier to use the kiosk. The store inside is suppose to close at 8 PM but they had closed it down at 7:50 PM.

Just went there for an 8 piece bucket for $28 and change. Came home with 6 pieces. Amazing. The most expensive chicken around and your employees can’t count to 8. I think I’m cured of your business.
