We bought China King instead. It was more money but that’s really not the point anymore, is it? What you’re eating for what you’re paying is the point.
When you charge $18.00 for 1 poor quality fast food burger, fries, and a drink — you’re misreading your customers entirely. You are not getting it. You’re fast food—charging what a sit down burger joint charges that gives you an actual experience. An overpriced crappy fast food joint with workers who don’t care, close the store before closing time (on a regular basis) doesn’t follow directions, and are continually having issues with orders. Better figure it out before yall turn into the next steak and shakes. $18.00 for one on the go 0 experience crappy gross meal — think you’re something you’re not. Oh and, you can’t even add the taco boxes on uber because it simply won’t allow it without modifications. What kind ? Taking ingredients OFF is all it lets you do before you can add your item. So, you guys want less work, more money, and a good rating? HAHAHA

This location goes up and down.. 10 years ago it was awful, then it got better, and now back on the decline. Food is good most of the time. But we went the other day and it was just meh.. fries cold, burger seemed to have been sitting for a long time, tacos def not fresh.. Maybe just an off day. But seriously, call the JintheBox in Lakes St Louis and ask how they make their tacos so fresh!!

Stopped by on a road trip because we needed gas. There is construction work going on next to the speaker – We can’t hear anything so we decide to pull up to the window. We were given attitude at the window saying they can’t take orders at the window and she said their speaker was broken. Great customer service 0/10 poor excuse of a business.

I woukd give zero stars if I could. Sat at the windows for 10 minutes without even being greeted while other cars behind started honking and leaving due to the wait. Saw all the cars in front of me clear and still no one talked over the speaker. I thought it was broke so I just pulled around to order. Saw 2 boys on their phones and ignoring me. When I finally got his attention at the window he told me he didn’t hear anyone at the window and he just got back up front?? Sounded like they were messing around in the back and ignoring customers. He then proceeded to take the order of the person behind me at the speaker before helping me at the window. I watched as he got the other order ready still without coming back to help me so I just drove off. Worst experience ever.

I’ve been a patron of this location for a few months now. I go for breakfast almost every morning after work. I am always greeted and welcomed in. The customer service is 5/5. The Manager Kim does an outstanding job overall. The customer service she provides is the reason I keep coming to this location. You can’t get anything better and you can’t beat the price especially their breakfast items. All the other employees are polite and do a good job aswell. I will continue to come to this location. The people working here really do deserve the recognition.

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited at the order screen for a while and nobody answered. I pull around and see one person at the window getting food and decide to go inside and order, there was Nobody in the lobby. There were three workers, I stood at the counter and they all ignored me and wouldn’t come to the counter. I stood there for another 5 minutes, nobody even acknowledged or said “I’ll be right with you”. I finally walked out. Three emplyees, one order on the screen, and nobody can acknowledge me or take my order? And one employee was walking around with no hairnet or hat on and a pick in his hair. Unprofessional and unsanitary… won’t be back

If I could give it zero stars I would. I can’t rate the place because we never got served. Waited in the drive through for 7 minutes and no one came to take the order. We finally left. There was a line of 3 cars parked out front waiting for food so we did not have much hope for a speedy service even if they came to take our order.

I am a huge fan of Jack In The Box tacos & have been eating Jack In The Box for more than 40 years. The Lake St Louis location is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! For the past 2-3 years, I’ve been going to this location once a week when I’m in Lake St Louis for work. The food is always hot & fresh & the restaurant appears clean. Message to corporate – hang on to this manager because she’s obviously doing a great job!!!

Food was okay. I was not charged correctly for what I ordered. There was no one at the counter when we walked in & it took them a while to notice us, then I needed condiments & had to wait for someone to come back to the counter. The soda machine made a big mess on the floor & I put napkins all over it to try to absorb it to avoid anyone falling.

21 minutes waiting now for 4 tacos without lettuce and one egg roll. Workers making phone calls and on their phones but not actually making my order. Usually go through drive thru and inside is absolutely terrible. Had I not already paid I would have walked out. They ended up giving my food away to the wrong person. Cleared it out and literally forgot about me in the lobby. When I asked where my tacos no lettuce were they rushed them. Frustrated I just walked out to get home to find there’s lettuce on my tacos anyways. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a very long time and still did not even get any tacos
