Called 4 x to make a pickup order. No one answered and twice the call ended while ringing. Arrived and lady not at counter, showed up on a cell phone. Placed order. Decided to dine inside. Sat at 2 different booths and the tables were sticky. Funny, because the sign I received with my order # stated otherwise…not to mention it looked filthy, too. Always ask for double chips and it always looks like one serving. The chicken pesto wrap is always delicious.

Stopped in for a quick bite that seems like a healthier option, and happy I did! The spicy chicken was great to warm me up and the serving was big enough to take half home…enjoy!

I wanted to like this spot, but for my taste is was average at best. Limited options compared to other similar style places. The salad was boring and small portions. The falafel was ok, I would not order it again.
The presentation was nice, but lacked flavor and zest. The only thing with flavor was the harissa chicken. It had nice decor and Mediterranean vibes.
Bread was basic, and regular fountain drink choices. They advertised peach tea, but not available.
It’s a larger size location and good for groups. We had a large group and split up between tables.
Staff did clear the tables quickly and food was prepared quick.
If you need a fast lunch with salad, it might do the trick.

Chill restaurant and super nice people working behind the counter. The food was super fresh and employees went out of their way to take care while we visited.

If it’s a weekday in Southlake, you better believe I’m at tazikis.

The new manager, Miguel, has transformed this place into the best version of itself. I get my name remembered and order right every single time. Week after week. I’ve tried half the menu and you can’t go wrong. The kitchen is extremely fast and consistent. Can’t say enough good things about the service, atmosphere, cleanliness, quality, and taste. Top tier service from a reliable crew.

Service was adequate. Food was good but not a lot for the price. Got the lamb gyro Which came with a couple of chips, literally. I ordered A side of basmati rice in a tiny cup that was two thirds of the way full. While the food is good the quantity for the price is disappointing. Table was a bit sticky.

Taziki’s has always been a favorite for our family, which is why I’m really bummed to be writing this. We went to this location twice this week, wednesday night and again today, and had the same gentleman help us both times. Unfortunately, during both visits he appeared to be under the influence of something. There was a noticeable smell, his speech was slurred, and he seemed very uninterested in doing his job. I normally wouldn’t leave a review like this, but having it happen twice in one week feels like something management should be aware of. We genuinely love Taziki’s. The food is great, we come here often, and we hate to see this location go downhill. I’m hoping this feedback helps keep the experience at the level we always enjoyed.

I wish I could give zero stars for this experience alone. It was one of my favorite quick food places up until today.

I placed a small family feast order and extras online to pick up on Christmas Eve at 3 pm. I placed the order at 1 pm and was charged promptly. However, When I arrived, there were two employees closing. I asked about my order and the girl on the register blamed her coworker for not speaking English and not communicating with her that she would not be making my order. Who knows why, I heard a slew of excuses like there were no potatoes, the online system only alerts them of orders 30 min prior, her coworker didn’t make it. At the end of the day no one made my food nor called to even cancel my order. The clerk not once attempted to take ownership of this issue, was rude and said things like “I know how banks work” “I don’t know what to do” then walked away. I never leave reviews bc usually if a mistake is made there is an attempt to resolve, but as the person on the register had no sense of responsibility in her managers absence I’m leaving this review. I’ll likely get a refund after the many upcoming bank holidays that’s all she knew.

In response to management –

I’m glad you stand behind your employees response as I literally had to instruct her on the steps to take bc did not know what to do. I had to ask for the refund, management’s contact, any resolution as it was not offered. She stood there with a blank stare and no action. I still have not received a response from my email that was also sent.

The lamb gyro was possibly the best I’ve ever had in some ways. The lamb was very lean and not greasy. Exceptional flavor, the taste of grilling coming through perfectly and brought a an amazing freshness. The tomatoes and sauce were really amazing, the sweetness of the tomatoes was not overpowered by the taziki sause. That’s said, the gyro’s balance itself should be favored with more meat and needed a little more meat. A ratio of 70/30 would be ideal for me. My wife had the lamb/beef gyro and it was pretty good as well but a bit more greasy than my lamb gyro. The basmati rice was nice and light and enhanced the gyro’s taste near perfectly. If I lived in this area , Taziki s would be a weekly must.

The food was really good! The taziki sauce is really good! I had the grilled lamb gyro and it was delicious. I really liked how juicy and tender the meat was. The tomato-cucumber salad was also nice and refreshing. The dark chocolate cake was nice and moist and sweet. The staff was really welcoming and pleasant. I definitely recommend to come and check it out.
