Order came promptly, but it was wrong. Took 12 mins of being on the phone with a new employee because the manager wouldn’t take the call. An hour later, they delivered the missing item. Although I also did ask for a replacement marinara because the one delivered was already opened, the second delivery driver said he didnt have it. Minor but annoying none the less. It took less time to get the original order than it did to get the chicken wings they forgot. It also shouldn’t take a 12 min phone call all because the manager couldn’t be bothered.

I ordered an extra large half cheese, half pepperoni pizza last night. When we got the pizza we noticed the pizza was burnt. Then my mom got her slices of pepperoni and noticed there was absolutely no cheese on the pepperoni side! It was bread, sauce and pepperoni. My mom called to let them know what they did to see if we could get a replacement and they tried telling us it was our fault. That we selected no cheese on that side (which we didn’t) they said they would replace it but we still have to pay for delivery. My mom ended up saying nevermind but informed them she will never be ordering from there again. They could have cared less. The employee we spoke with was scoffing and giggling about it. I don’t know why they hire people like this.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They do not allow their PAYING GUEST use their restrooms. They have a dining room where you can eat here, yet no restrooms. You can clearly see them labels from the dining room, but they have a combo lock on it. When I asked the kid behind the register for the code he was rude and dismissive. While standing here, I overheard them taking about canceling orders. I could hear them talking smack right here while waiting for my food. I WILL NEVER COME BACK!

I been ordering from this location for the last 2 years. 0 pizza skills provided by this location. They absolutely shouldn’t be in bussiness. Not sure why I even order from them, maybe I had hopes that perhaps all get a good pizza. I don’t think I’m ordering any more from this place. I rather eat frozen Detroit Pizza from Costco. The last time I ordered bread bites, they were overcooked/burnt and the texture scratched the back of my mouth. Because of that experience, on my most recent order I politely asked if they could be cooked correctly, or slightly undercooked to avoid the same issue.During that call, the employee responded angrily, spoke to me disrespectfully, and then hung up on me.

I ordered a pizza in early January waited an hour checked the app. It said it was delivered. There was no pizza I live alone. Nobody came to my house. I called the store. They said that it was missing but marked it as delivered? They put in another pizza to be delivered, I checked the app 30 minutes later they passed my house three times ended up back at the store location. I called again and they said they delivered it to my house. They did not. Spoke to the manager and the employee said they delivered it to my address I told them I had cameras and no one came to my house… three hours later by the way. I never got any delivery… ordered from a different pizza place and got it within 30 minutes. Will never order here again.

Domino’s charged me an additional $6 after I got my pizza, I was notified by cash app the next day. I’ve tried calling to figure out how I can get that money back (as now I am negative in my account) and no one has really been able to help me. The food was great no doubt tho.

If it was for me I wouldn’t give them any stars the last three times I’ve ordered from them it’s always been an issue them charging me and not putting what I want on the pizza I even offered to send a picture and then they declined me service now on and refund me this time. GREAT. But like get it together. Who is going to want to eat at establishment that you can’t get their order right I’ve never complained the last two times until today. it’s not hard the order is in ur face. mind you this is months and months apart from ordering an they never seem to never get it right. the Manager I was talking to says they’re like McDonald’s they just can’t seem to get it right That’s why they canceled my account and blocked my address and and number and won’t deliver to me again which is crazy because they can’t get it right. Like just add the stuff on the listen not only that there time is always 30 40 mins off smh..

Workers took 20 minutes to prep pizza. Another 10 to bake. Plus 10 just talking while I waited for my pizza in the lobby. So in the end I sat there for roughly 30 min while listening to the workers talk about personal things rather than make my pizza.

Was a great experience, haven’t had dominoes in a really long time and it was so worth it, good prices, good food and good people working there, even with an angry old lady trying to day they were over charging her for her order, the young girl working the register kept it together tho I could see in her eyes the shared frustration with the lady and the tears she will probably cry later tonight because people are so dam rude these days, especially to people who make food so you don’t have to. Keep up the good work.
