This is our favorite local Hot Heads to stop at when shopping in Hermitage. The staff is always friendly and make it priority to get your order correct. We always get steak burritos with jalapeno cheddar wrap, so much flavor compared to competitors! The dining area is typically pretty clean as well as the drink station. They move quickly to get the line waited on as well as online orders. I use the hot heads app to rack up points for my next orders.

I placed an order online. It was easy. It told me when my food would be ready. I went , picked it up. It was still hot when I brought it home. The food tasted like the employees made it for themselves. The chips and queso were so good. I might be addicted. I am definitely going back. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out.

I just need to applaud the professionalism Your General manager and the team showed tonight at anout 7:30 at the hermitage pa location. First she stepped up to handle a “messed up” order. The customer was blantly rude to her as she was remaking what she “wasn’t given” and then proceeded to want it all remade after she was okay with her just giving her what she was missing. But because she seemed to want to argue she just kept causing a scene the guy trying to check us out tried to keep my kids distracted and apologized that my kids had to witness that. It needs to be recognized because you could tell she was worked up over it especially being screamed at in front of a crowd of people. I wanted to step in for her but she was handling it so well I figured it was best I did not. This was our first time getting hot heads ever and will be back.

Returned back to this place after not coming for a few years not for any specific reason, but just not a regular spot. Was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the quick service! Never pass an opportunity to get hotheads when I’m in an area that has it. I always get the jalapeno cheddar tortilla, spicy steak, Mexican style rice, black beans, grilled veggies, corn, queso, jalapenos, white chedda, sour cream and sweet habanero sauce… Always awesome and in my opinion far better than chipotle.

To the owner – the food has good flavor, the atmosphere is freezing cold, the service is hit or miss. I have been there 3 times in the past 30 days. The first two experiences were fine. My last experience was terrifying. There’s a young blonde girl that works. There does not have a clue how to roll a burrito. I had a loaded burrito with queso on it as she proceeded to roll my burrito into a softball shape literally round case I was oosing everywhere she kept wiping the queso all over the outside of the burrito wrap, so I could not be touched without a giant mess. It was so bad I had to yell stop. She had no idea that was wrong. I told her I can’t touch that and it’s not supposed to be round. It’s a burrito for God sakes. A middle-age gentleman came and saved me. She wanted to wrap the mess she created and a second rap over top of the nasty ramp I said absolutely not. I allowed her to dump the inside of the nasty wrap into a clean wrap, so not to waste food and ask for a clean foil the middle each gentleman who saved me wrapped the burrito in the proper shape with a zero problems. I request this girl be trained, as I will not have her touch another burrito ever. On another note, I asked if you gave military discount and they said it was only for active military members not veterans yet when I look it up on the website for corporate veterans are included so I am confused. Can you please clarify for me thank you.
