Horrible food. Spent $50 for 2 gross sandwiches a sad salad and chips.
I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap they advertise everywhere. Looks good right? I got a sloppy mess of Soggy chicken, wrap and it weighted 2 pounds not because of the generous fillings but because half of it was sauce. So the crispy chicken was nice and soggy now!
Tuna melt. was just grilled bread with tuna and cheese on it.
Greek salad…dressing had absolutely no taste…and I got 3 quartered pieces of a Roma tomato that was slimy on the outside but felt like it was cut yesterday and sat there…it was like rubber..never bit into a tomato that you could not bite. I basically took off the tomatoes and dry cucumbers and added my own dressing and toppings to the $1 of Iceberg I was left with. I think I paid $4 for a couple ounces of cold chicken.
1000% will never be back! Huge swing and miss here! I am predicting this location is not going to be here long! Even if made correctly I think it would still be underwhelming and overrated.

I wanted to LOVE this location, because I LOVE Wrap City and have had awesome experiences at other locations in the area. I am writing this review because I know they are still new, and trying to sort things out. I have been to this location 3 times. The first time was good, the second time I ordered online a half hour before I arrived and still had to wait over 10 minutes past pickup time for my order to be ready. This third time, was the worst of all three. The quality control here is severely lacking. The chips that came with my meal were burnt and tasted awful, and my husband’s wrap (the spinach one), was so terribly wrapped he had a hard time eating it. Hopefully the Bedford Wrap City location can take this feedback and implement some immediate changes to avoid losing customers who love the brand. I know that I personally will be avoiding this location at all costs until improvements are made.

All the Wrap City locations have great food, but this one is doing other small things correctly too. Sometimes it’s the little things that will make me choose to come here instead of a different place. There’s only one bathroom, but it is not your typical fast food bathroom. It’s dressed up and decorative and they have a paper towel dispenser rather than just a blow dryer. They also have a napkin dispenser on every table. That’s something else I appreciate. Again, it’s the little things that will make me choose to come here rather than somewhere else next time.

I’ve been to a few Wrap City locations, but the new Bedford, NH location is hands down the best one yet! The restaurant is immaculately clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the food is incredible. I got the Bangkok Nights Thai Chicken Wrap, and it was phenomenal—packed with fresh ingredients. This is officially my new go-to lunch spot. The menu has tons of great wraps, hearty sandwiches, and fresh salads. Plus, they offer catering, which is perfect for office lunches and events. If you’re in Bedford or Manchester definitely check them out. You won’t be disappointed!

Usually love this place but I ordered on the computer screen once and requested no cheese. I didn’t realize until I was halfway through eating that they put cheese on my wrap. I am allergic so this really damage their reputation for me.
Reached out and my order was refunded as well as offered a meal on them. Good customer service despite the mix up, thanks for doing what you can to make it right.

Came here from Virginia to visit my daughter at school. This place is absolutely amazing. Had 2 wraps and 1 sandwich the 4 days I was there. I highly recommend this restaurant. Extremely clean and great staff.

I often stop at the Bedford Wrap City and have loved every wrap, sandwich, sub, and salad I’ve had! The kitchen crew are very pleasant and aim to please.

Horrible. Portabella mushroom salad had 4 tiny pieces of mushróms and 1 slice of tomato. The sandwiches were tasteless and full of fillers with little meat. All for $50. Chips were good but I’ll go to Market basket for them.
